It looks like it's still quite a long way for XRP to go that far to reach $1 this year. Yes indeed, it's still the middle of the year and there are still 2 quarters left to enter. However, if the Atlcoin season hasn't started yet, I think XRP's progress will also be like that. It won't be too fast. XRP is still like Ethereum and other altcoins which definitely follow the development of Bitcoin. Unless BTC skyrockets again and prints a new ATH again this year and then really reaches $100k this year, there might be a chance for that.

Currently the price of XRP is at $0.526. So, it still has to increase 2x to reach $1. This may be a bit difficult to do if market conditions have not yet entered a bullish era.

Look at the graph, it's declining seriously.

Coffee grounds, not the world of cryptocurrencies. One negative news = all currencies will fall 10-20% at best. As always, hope for the best, prepare for the worst + don't forget to diversify your assets.

I still believe that it's not going to happen anytime soon. Maybe a few years but not this year and the following year. I remember reading the news about XRP and the developers are actually preventing the rise of the price because they are dumping their stack with the buyers. It just really says a lot IMO.

the way Ripple moving now ? i guess you are also correct and from this we cannot expect anything better that how this coin move in the past specially before 2017 halving , and now it remains in this low for years and yeah may remain as this in the next coming years.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said that the emergence of XRP-based spot exchange-traded funds is “inevitable.”

In his opinion, the launch of Ethereum-ETF will open the door for other cryptocurrencies to the stock market and it will be difficult for the SEC to give a waiver to launch the instruments. Garlinghouse named Solana (SOL) and Cardano (ADA) among other ETF contenders.

Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz is also confident in Solana's potential to enter the U.S. stock market, given its “impressive performance” over the past year.

P.S. After reading such a statement, one can only come to one conclusion - the current year will be interesting on news. Let's be patient + don't forget to fix income from the assets we bought earlier.

and maybe this is the reason why Ripple is now dumped to below 50 cents and yeah 47 cents now
