Yes the current decline is very good to buy back and add coin or tokens are cheap. profit if holding in 1 or 2 years is very big. I already felt it when I bought bitcoin in August last year and sold it in December last year.

if you can afford to hold it at least for a couple months,why not ?
but if you can not,it is recommended to not touch it at this moment,or at least until it makes a breakout.
