This is why people are encouraged to always practice some kind of spirituality because that can help in keeping them positive by holding their faith in something keeping them in the frequency for grace or luck to meet them.

Is this a trend in the West? I know yoga, Zen, or Buddhist practices are very popular because it helps with spirituality. Not necessarily because of religious reasons but for psychological reasons. I dunno when it started but those practices are getting popular too in my country even though most people here believe in religion one way or the other. Sadly some people misunderstand these teachings and don't work as hard as before. CMIIW.

In our society today, in order to be successful you have to work hard and work smart....
To become a successful entrepreneur, forex trader, business man/woman etc, we have to put in extraordinary efforts to work harder in order to achieve your goals, but it is not just working hard only, most people work under pressure, and without proper creative ideas and innovations, And if you are under that category of people, then you are wasting your efforts.
There is a common saying;  you can work like an elephant and eat like an ant...and the meaning of that is attributed to working hard and working smart, because  if you work hard without working smart then you are just wasting your time, resources and effort.
Every successful person in life has their set goals that they work towards, and if order to achieve those goals effort is required.  At times, there may be failure in some aspects, but more reasons to work harder is to avoid those failures and to be successful.

You are right , Because hard work is the beginning of every successful man and woman, without hard work success is 10% achievement. And you also needs to believe , that you can do it even though you encounter difficulties and failure you just have to continue striving because sometimes in life if you haven't experienced the bitterness of failure you don't even value what you have gotten from your success. I do highly agree on this one on which there's no way that it could give out that kind of guarantee in speaking about success or have that huge changes into your financial status or condition

You’ve said well and that is how it is suppose to be in order to be successful today. Without that spirituality and strong faith in what you want, there is no way when the luck and opportunity comes it will not meet you unprepared. A lot have missed out of good opportunity to make them a better person financially but due to the fact that they’re not happy and have lost hope in the process of which anything can happen divinely, they don’t put that effort again and when the opportunity comes, it misses them out. I guess that the majority of us are part of the 99% that needs to work very well and hard.
