The proof is valid and very clear. No doubt that these accounts are owned by 1 person.
ustcoin and hasyurt are cheating the signature campaign of Aqua Tank. These accounts must get punishment. Meanwhile ajanwalker, he can't get a punishment if this account didn't cheat any campaign.

Shouldn't the punishment be applied to the user, not the accounts? If all these accounts actually belong to the same person, this is, at a minimum, a violation of the forum rule that undeclared alternative accounts are not allowed.

We punish the accounts, we don't punish the user.
How to punish the user? We even don't know the real identity of the user, right?

If there is an undeclared alternative account, all the accounts will be labeled duplicate.
So, Ajanwalker will be labeled as a duplicate account (CLONE).
Meanwhile Ustcoin and Hasyurt will be labeled as cheaters (Possbl Cheater).
