My life is full of examples when hard works pays off and not. The biggest disappointment comes from school and university. Those who studies hard, those who were total nerds, those who killed themselves in sport activities, not always become successful. Hard work pays very well if you don't work hard it will be very hard for you to become successful, a lot of successful people in the world right now worked very hard just to become successful and without hard work they won't be this successful, I know of a man that started working as a farmer he worked very hard and he started making money and he also started expanding his farm business and today he one of the people with the Big farm in this region.

If you don't work hard you can't be successful however not for everyone there are people that has inherited properties and business and they have people managing this things for them in there own case they are not working hard, they are just enjoying life.

Really true because once i used to live a lazy life but since starting business i have tasted the real hard work of life. I ran a restaurant and at first it was a lot of trouble spending all day between jobs. But now everything has become a habit with the change of time. yes i do agree on what you have said on here that working hard and smart would really be a good tandem or both things will really be that resulting into positive results.Although it wont really be something that an assured thing that you will really successful but this is really having that higher chance or odds that you would be obtaining positive results.
