Binance to be banned in Philippines.

Any links to a new update about the stand of Binance towards SEC of the philippines coz i seems hard to find those, its 3 months now after that banning date yet binance is still working fine in Philippines . was looking for answers because if this is cleared now i will return using the trading in this exchange.
hope that the case against them from SEC is already settled for all of us Filipino to enjoy their site.

So here  comes the date that Binance will be banned in Philippines anytime very soon because the 90 days time given are near to be ended from November .

so for anyone here from Philippines be aware of this coming.

Is this news true?!  If so, I think this is very unfortunate, because I know that in the Philippines there are a lot of cryptocurrency fans and many also use the Binance cryptocurrency exchange to trade crypto.  If it's wrong, be grateful, because the people there will be able to continue to use this exchange comfortably. 
Maybe there should be coordination between Binance and the Government in the Philippines, so that the use of this exchange continues to run well in this country.
