Self development is a good thing but it isn't for everyone. The ones who understand that self development is something and they utilize their time in good way to work on their self development goals are the ones whom we call self developed people.

It requires effort to have self development, but unfortunately most people don't really give much importance to it because they believe in shortcuts, and to be honest shortcuts won't take someone to any good levels at all.

But it's also important to be mindful so you don't adapt to negative changes, because they'll only obstruct your growth and hinder you from reaching your full potential.

You are right, but that's the main hurdle we all have to overcome sometimes we can't judge to see clearly what's a good and bad path for us. For example, if I have a brother, following the wrong path according to my POV, but according to his, he is following the right path. Why do we both think of the same path as two different paths?

Because of our thoughts, the way we see the world, and our development, I think that's why there are experts in the field, I am talking about a Therapist or maybe a mentor. We need a mentor to make sure if we are following the right path. But nowadays its also difficult to find the right one, many have religious ones, but many tend to follow the current ones alive ones. What's your take on this?

People can do anything if they want. We can build skilled citizens in a country if we want.  In this case, we have to take steps in schools, colleges, employment, big hospitals, etc. in our country.  As a result, various aspects of our personal life will improve.I think if such works are done the country will be on the list of the name of a developed country because of intelligent and skilled citizens.

Agree with you because whenever you can reach the peak of development in your life then it is development for society and country. In fact in my case genius is observed through silence. Make yourself anxious to achieve the goal as you start the business and become rich. Moreover people manage their lives based on their values. Self-improvement requires a lot of change. I totally agree with you and that is the best thing that can happen to anyone because it bring out the best or potential in you and for someone to acquire that is by discovering what you know how to do best or what you have passion or enjoying while doing it, being consistent in it can also be help and also be ready to accept change because self development brings a lot of things either in positive way or negative way, which depends on us to decide whichever way we want to develop our selves, let be in a positive way for the benefits of others and to ourselves too.
