[Speculation] Will Bitcoin breach $100k this month?

Good news will have a good impact on crypto, in fact investors are always waiting for good news. Currently the price of bitcoin will be around $64K-$70K in the next few months, so those who hope that the price of bitcoin will rise by $80K, be patient. That possibility will happen at the end of this year.

At the moment we are getting more bad news than good news in the crypto market, especially the German government selling huge amount of bitcoins and also the United States of America moving huge amount of bitcoins to centralized exchanges will have a bad effect on the crypto currency market. Which will increase the fear level in the market as a result Crypto investors will start selling their bitcoin from FUD which will increase the liquidity in the market. I think it will be an opportunity to increase bitcoin holding amount. As much as I think the around 60k range is the 30k range in 2021, I think in 2025 we will see bitcoin release 100k.

At the rate Bitcoin is currently moving in the market, it doesn't look like Bitcoin will cross 100k this month or this year. As far as I can from my own analysis, Bitcoin may peak in the 80K range this year but I don't think Bitcoin will cross the hundred this year. And I think it would be foolish to invest thinking that Bitcoin will touch 100k this year. Rather, this target can be set in 2025.

Last several weeks ago, Bitcoin try to break out above $72k but its difficult until get large correction and bitcoin dropped under $60k. Its take longer time for bitcoin break out above $100k after many time FUD not stopping yet and easily for investors get panic for selling their bitcoin with large correction amount.
But hoping good news later if Donald Trump become US president because he had promised will make bitcoin will be legal transaction payment and SEC Commission under his controlling never make FUD any more in the future, wish $100k for bitcoin will raise in short term.

Umm, I am not sure it will be able to.
The price currently is around $68k. The gap  is still very high to reach $100k. Although the price of Bitcoin itself is getting better in rising up the price, I'm not sure that BTC is able to reach that big amount of price during this month. It it is about to head to $75k-$80k, it is possible  before the Bitcoin halving. But for $100k, it  is still difficult to realize this month. Need more months again, I'm pretty sure of this.

        -   Just a few days and the month of July will enter, then the price value of Bitcoin is around 61k$ in the market now, so meaning the 100k$ that OP is asking about this topic that he made is not real. No one can really say a definite day or month when it will happen.

I created this thread in March 2024, it has been 4 months now and Bitcoin is still stuck around the 60k zone. I do not think it will breach $100k by the end of this year. I now feel that if Trump wins the upcoming election then there is a possibility that by next year Bitcoin price should be near that mark. As of now, the Bitcoin ETFs are still holding onto the existing price of Bitcoin and next month onwards Ethereum ETF will start trading. I am more positive about an alt-season that should start by the next quarter.

Yes, the deeper Bitcoin goes, the more opportunities we have to increase our investment.  Bitcoin price has seen a bit of a downward trend for a while and its price dropped as low as $58k but has rebounded above 60k.  Investing in Bitcoin is not high risk for us as its price can drop but not crash completely which is impossible to recover.  Bitcoin recovers quickly and ATH is higher than previous price so investing in Bitcoin is safe.

In general, it seems to be felt in the air that the crypto community believes in Bitcoin very much. And if someone is talking about falling to 40k, then I'm sure they will sell it out there without allowing it to fall less. And the fact that 40k feels like something not quite real. And this is despite the fact that some six months ago we were there. And it feels like we've been hovering between 60 and 70k for ages. Yes you are right on your opinion although even me was so sure that bitcoin won't get to 100k mark after reflecting back to the history and how the prices moved from past halving. Even most of friends and other post I do find here keep saying that this year bitcoin will break out to 100k, the reason for this price of was the effect of ETF and other many more positives news to hit the market.

I think we have to wait till 2025 to rich Bitcoin price for $100k. Now bitcoin price is low to our expectation. We thought after bitcoin halving and ETF approval Bitcoin price will hit $100k within short time but gradually Bitcoin price decreasing we saw. I think gradually bitcoin price will up and in 2025 bitcoin price will go $2025. But for it we have to wait till 2025 i think it. We saw previous bitcoin halving history, after halving bitcoin price grow slowly.

If nothing special happens in 2025 we still won't see the price hit $100k - the price of Bitcoin doesn't just sit and then start going up, there have to be something that will stimulate it - and like you said the ETF approval made us see a massive increase in price and if something similar happens come 2025 then there might be hope for 100k but if not we’ll just have to keep dwindling with our current price.

I agree with you, if nothing big happens in 2025 it is likely that the price of bitcoin will have difficulty touching $100K, hopefully there will be good news that will happen at the end of 2024 or early 2025.
