In our society today, many people do not know the ways of being able to afford their basic needs and wants by themselves, some are dependent to their parents and relatives, while some depends only on their monthly salaries.
Being a successful man today requires a lot of effort and work, being dependent at some stage of your life is allowed, but to some extent, you'll have to work hard to pay your bills by your self.
Growing up, as a person that wants to be successful,,ou have to acquire some skills, and work harder to improve on your skills. Today in our society most people do illegal stuffs like drug trafficking, stealing, fraud etc, because of the bad foundation they have, if you want to be successful you must start with a strong foundation so as that stand strong in the future.
Laying a good foundation will help you in all aspect of your life.

Knowledge is power in a highly competitive world, Companies not only hire you based on what knowledge they expect you to have but more so on addictional skill or knowledge you possess, so you already have an edge over other applicants if you have a lot to put in your resume, so don't stop learning and don't stop believing on what you can absorb.

Back in the 80s and late 90s we are used to going to school, come out with good grade and have that dream job equate a good standard of living but right now, things have change and everyone that is really looking forward would have to improvised, if you don't you will be left behind. You see today where even people with professional careers do more than 3 jobs just to meet up with the standard of living, sometimes I just say to myself that it's going to be OKAY.

Knowledge is power is not even a connotational statement but it is a reality. In those 80s and 90s, those who were brilliant were given good appointments and they controlled a lange number of people but now that there is no job after schooling, then knowledge is used in the digital world. And those who are well knowledgeable are making good money.

Most are doing illegal stuff because for them, that's the easiest and quickest way to earn money. Kind of unfortunate, but with how the world is right now, we are seeing more and more people doing illegal stuff maybe because for them, that might be the only way to survive.

I agree that acquiring a skill/s, be master on it and use it to make money is the best way to survive. As for the strong foundation, sometimes help from our relatives is also important especially on the mental side because during the process, you might feel stressed or anxiety or worse, depression. For me, good foundation means having an income that will help you buy the things that you want and for that to happen, you must have at least one skill that you can offer to other people.

if the government did a better job of distributing jobs and resources then poverty will lessen and crime rates will be reduced not all robbers are necessarily bad people so just imagine how hard life is for them that they decide to resort to illegal ways just to survive

People who are involved in illegal activities are not all people who have bad foundations; some have good foundations but became influenced, maybe by people around them, into being impatient.

They say that you should focus more on spending your 20s acquiring as many skills as possible, not only focusing on money. In your 30s, those skills will fetch you money.

You've made a pretty valid point. Having just one source of income wouldn't generate enough income to cover for all your expenses,  especially when you also have dreams of investing in Bitcoin,  so having several sources of income could really go a long way towards helping the individual generate more income, enough to cover their daily expenses and also more left to invest.
Moving further, one very effective and helpful way too could be setting aside a percentage of your income for emergency funds and reserve funds in order to provide financial back up, just in case an emergency occurs in the future, so that you'll not be financially crippled after taking care of the emergency.
This can also be a very helpful step to take.
