In the society today most reach and successful people don't rely on only one way to earn money, the, have different investments that brings money to them. For instance, most people just say I want to be like Mr A or Mr B, but they failed to understand the devotion and commitment these people make to be successful person. Being successful starts from a beginning, some of the world greatest business men had a very little beginning, but working hard and smart regardless to what the situation may be made them stronger and successful.
You must have a broad way of reasoning things from different angles and paspectives in order to be successful and also you can be successful if you are willing to learn.

it’s true tho when you come from a good family and you hace the resources and all the privileges that other people don’t normally have, you already have an advantage and it will be relatively easier to be successful compared to if you came from a poor home

What you say is true but to an extent. While hardwork can indeed be very rewarding, we need not to also ignore the fact that in today's world, it takes more than just hardwork to achieve success or result in your endeavour. Working hard as well as working smart can help one to achieve a result in a more faster and more efficient way. By working hard you're only putting your physical strength to work but applying smartness means you're not only applying your physical strength alone, but also your brains creating room for innovation and more possibilities, which is actually in fact a more preferable way to achieve results and also minimize the stress and work load it would've initially cost you to finish up the work and achieve results.

Aside from those, without any self-discipline and proper principles, consistency in being either a worker or an entrepreneur once you get burnt out, tired, or failed, it will be too hard to get back up again. That's why hard work and being smart working is not enough for success, people need many aspects that matters on behaviours towards the works and people around you, even the place environment matters too.
