I'm not disputing the fact that hardwork is undeniably a very resourceful tool, I'm simply on the notion that working hard alone isn't enough, but also applying smartness in the hardwork would make one more successful.

Aside from those, without any self-discipline and proper principles, consistency in being either a worker or an entrepreneur once you get burnt out, tired, or failed, it will be too hard to get back up again.
