At the moment when I decided to buy a hardware wallet, the only available option was Trezor One.
Luckily for me, Ledger was all sold out and I would have to wait 3-4 months next batch for delivery, so I decided on Trezor, which was available in stock.
Trezor Model T appeared a few days after my purchase.

I will probably think about upgrading to a newer model at some point.
I see that many find the justification for not using a hardware wallet in the fact that they do not have a significant amount, as no additional security is needed. For some reason, there is a belief that hardware wallets are only for long-term holding, which doesn't have to be like that at all. I use the Trezor on a daily basis and nothing is more complicated than using any other wallet, Metmask and at the same time it is more secure.
