That's pretty common since the price fails to break the previous ATH since there was huge selling pressure at that price and can't break that past ATH then traders will usually take a profit before it goes down. The same goes to investors if they already have past experience, they are going to do the same. Look at the previous price its 4x decline under that area ($70k plus) This might not be the last price we can maybe see it again that it will surge again under that area to attempt to break the ATH If there's still huge selling pressure in that area, we can't maybe experience seeing the price touch above $74k this year.
