Another automated attack has taken down the Tor mirror of BitMixList. The main site was unaffected by this. Please stand by while I restore operations.

This just shows again how serious they are with this attacks and censorship of mixers and everything related with privacy.
If they are doing this with simple aggregative list of privacy for bitcoin, you can only imagine how they are attacking mixer websites itself.
It's fairly easy to do this when you have unlimited money supply and money printing machine. 

This time it did not look like it was targeted. It appeared to be a DNS amplification attack hitting servers at random, and I somehow got caught in it. Very brief but deadly, and ISP has shut off my IPv4 traffic as a result of that as it had caused quite a few abuse reports

I need a few days to make backups, then I'll reinstall the server and we should be good (?) depending on whether this was a one-off (I hope so!)

It seems that it is a Wasabi wallet with an added BTCPay server plugin.

If they do not modify their exchange algorithm, ZeusMEX requires complete AML check first.

I don't know what they consider to be soon, but such long maintenance is not a good sign for new exchange.
It would be better if they first did most of the work before main release.

We should definitely wait and see how they operate when everything starts working. What justifies this possibility is that they claim that they will work exclusively with their reserves of funds and that they are not just another API partner of one of the well-known services.

Given that they have not been proven, in the end, even though their website has been in maintenance for a few days, I'm a little surprised that NotATether already put them on the list.

When I had updated my local copy of the website with this information, the site was still working normally. This period of maintenance has happened after that but before I had propagated the changes over (S)FTP and git. So even though it might feel a little strange to include an exchange that is under maintenance, I was already going to add it anyway.

The more concerning part though is how there hasn't been any communication from the official representative on the matter.

Website is now totally gone and it's showing Bad gateway error, that is second or third day since alleged maintenance work was announced.
I just hope someone didn't decide to exchange large amount of coins that end up stuck in the Zeusmex black hole.
They already started campaign in bitointalk and they are not even available, and last login date in forum was June 01.
It doesn't look good to me...

How the heck did they lose money, and why didn't they post any information about that?
I think they started this fake exchange with intention to scam people or they are just a bunch of amateurs who don't anything about exchanges.
Investor's financial difficulties sounds like a BS to me.
