No one inspired me to gamble I gambled as a hobby. Enjoyed gambling. I think if someone wants to take this gambling professionally then it will be wrong. Because you can gamble at your leisure. It should not be a problem but if your gambling to make half your earnings, you are going to be broke at some point.

I disagree with the bolded text because there are people out there that are professional gamblers. I'm talking about those poker players who are playing poker and treating it like their income source and they're professional at playing it.

Some see gambling as a hobby and there's no problem with that, but there are some who sees gambling as a source of income for them in one way or another. Gambling can be a leisure for some, but a way to survive for a few. Gambling often portrayed as "a thing where you can lose your money", but I still believe that there are a few people out there making money and living around gambling.

I will not be hypocritical that victory is something that will make us happy, everyone wants to win when gambling. But because everything depends on luck, that's when we also have to think realistically.

Some people who do not stop gambling when they lose, one of them is because they are chasing victory. but not the victory they get, instead their wallets have to be empty. That's why we should not chase victory.

I think what makes plenty people to gamble apart from the idea of making money is greed because they want to make money and so they continue to gamble expecting plenty of money from gambling and gradually it becomes an habit which will make people to lose more money in the process

if someone is really gifted in playing poker they might consider going pro but there is no guarantee that he will keep winning so only very few do this for a living it is almost like going pro in sports except you only get money when you win which would not be that sustainable unless you really play a lot and you win a lot

Your are right, when a gambler gambles with the amount they can afford to lose it makes them not to panic over the time of their gaming but when they gambles with huge amount you would see them complaining or when the game doesn't go according to how they planned it.

Actually, if an addict has a full schedule, they can reduce their gambling time, they still play but only on weekends, a person who is addicted to gambling is indeed difficult to leave but they can reduce everything as long as they are consistent, I take a real example, my father used to like gambling, but now he doesn't gamble anymore because he has a lot of activities and his days are filled with the cuteness of his grandchildren

There are some gamblers who, despite being addicted to gambling, never neglect their work. I know of a friend of mine who is so addicted to gambling that he never neglected his duty. Whatever he was doing, as soon as his duty was over, he would turn his attention to gambling. One positive aspect here is that he respects his job which is why he is still in gambling. Although he has lost a lot due to his addiction, he has not completely lost his job because of one quality.
