Even if the casino can guarantee my winnings and generate a fixed source of income, I will not gamble regularly on the casino platform. That's a weird hypothetical OP.
The entire concept of casinos are to make profit of gamblers, meaning they have to have the edge over player, otherwise the business would collapse very quickly.
When you say "reliable" I understand you're not talking about getting lucky few times and making a profit, but you mean a situation when a player can expect to win as he has a mathematical advantage on his side?
Even if that was the case, it would not be sustainable. Sooner or later the casino would discover there is some exploit going on and you'd get cut off from that income stream.

If there is an assurance then there will not be casinos. Casinos are in existence because people don't win and so the casino owner profit from the loss of the players. Imagine the number of casino players and imagine what would happen to the casino industry if winning is guaranteed for all the players.

I think with proper timing and budgeting, a gambler can still profit from gambling but then it shouldn't be relied upon as a primary source of income. It is best to use as as a passive source of income and then set record to know when you are profiting or when you are in deficit.

If they are giving guaranteed wins to its gamblers then they arent that called gambling casinos or business but rather a charity. 

They do exist to make money from those losing gamblers and there's no way that they would really be making that kind of stuff. House do always win at the end.
