Understanding Ethereum Gas

So will Ethereum now and forever continue to use the Proof of Work system or is there a continuation of Vitalik's idea to reduce transaction fees on the Ethereum network?

Ethereum  already moved to proof of stake years ago.

And for the picture above, doesn't this apply to transactions sending ETH from one wallet to another wallet? it's all under $1

Fees are still high because network is always congested . Moving erc20 tokens is expensive too

A simple swap may cost 50 usd...

Finally, it is the second most important currency after Bitcoin and is certainly quite widely used. I believe the ETH community would be grateful for additional add-ons.

I think most of the tools i have in my website can be done just by synchronizing a web3 wallet such as metamask.
Although I would like to learn that, this is out of the scope of that project.

However,  some new bitcoin wallets such as unisat  and xverse are web3 wallets. So you can use a bitcoin wallet just like you use metamask, and even login in a website using your bitcoin address from that wallet.

I want to learn how to do that. Do you think that server can handle a small database?

Why not. WordPress is almost complete in the database; for example, I have one user with 5 WP installations (5x db) on one domain.

This is interesting,  and can be done.

I don't know if people would use it a lot. I barely see anyone using that api.

For some times Royse777 used the transaction and address api, but I don't see anyone else using it for now.

You are correct. But I will point out that BNB is just an ethereu copy and it also uses the same gas and fees concept.
