Well, the site actually went off for a while at some point last year, but this was for a major upgrade and resigning, and some new games were also added in the process.

But right now as I type, the site is back and fully operational since around December last year if I am not mistaken, with a alot of improvement and support for new cryptocurrencies which include Litecoin and doge coin alongside bitcoin that has been the main means of deposit and withdrawals.

I have created newer ANN for them following their website redesign, so I'm sure sooner or later they will update the ANN here and bitcointalk. It's not really a poor management though, they were just switching the focus into developing the game, and now it's time to promote it. Fivestar4everMVP is right, the owner is a friendly and easy going guy, and he always open to any suggestion for l0tt0.

I have had about this casino and I can still remembered this casino running a campaign for some moments and I can't remembered how long the have run the campaign, though I never tried out this casino as I was actually cool with a local casino I do used often, even they don't require much if my documents and things are very easy while using the local casino.

Yes, L0tt0's design is quite unique and it's still somewhat nostalgic when we compare it to most other gambling sites. The UI of L0tt0.com is fast and quite responsive, and to be honest, it's a site that can be used easily on a very low end system.
