I have selected «2040-2048 serves most of the time», but I think he will serve all of his 25 years. Prosecutor asked for more, for 40-50 years, so his 25 years are already a light sentence. ~snip~
The president of the United States is authorized by the U.S. Constitution to grant a pardon for a federal crime. The other forms of the clemency power of the president are commutation of sentence, remission of fine or restitution, and reprieve. --- President Donald Trump frequently issued pardons and commutations after conferral with his White House staff, though clemency was granted to some applicants through the Office of the Pardon Attorney.

I already wrote in another topic that no one should be surprised that Bankman gets out of prison much sooner than most hope - especially if Trump wins the elections.Quote from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_pardons_in_the_United_StatesThe president of the United States is authorized by the U.S. Constitution to grant a pardon for a federal crime. He will only serve around 13 years (min) and 20 years (max) in prison. He certainly wont spend 25 years in prison. So he could be released as early as 2037, with condition he get the maximum sentence reduction. My guess, he will be release between 2039 and 2043.
