Positive experience about gambling? Hmmm, I can't think of any TBH because I always end up losing my money whenever I gamble.
Yes, there are times where I win, withdraw some of my winnings, and keep the initial capital left. By the time I lose my initial capital, I will deposit my winnings again, and will end up losing more money.

How did I overcome pitfalls? It all comes to how good you are in decision-making. Having control of myself and being disciplined are for me the ones that help overcoming those pitfalls. I have no funny stories with gambling unfortunately, but I have lots of fun whenever I gamble because it adds to the excitement.

Or, a gambler should take money less serious. Even though money are great instrument, the world does not turn around only around money. Think about gambling as an entertainment, then the majority of experience would be positive. Think more globally, then a fact of lost money wont be such a disappointing. I call these set of gamblers as people who are greedy and wants to make profit from gambling by all means without thinking if they will lose their current win back to the casino. Gambling should not be something that we think it is by our own doing when we win because if we think so, that is when we will not be satisfied with the little that we win and will want to win more, or we will want to continue chasing our losses believing that we can win them back. They actually has this idea that they made a lot of money out of thin air so why not gamble it to get more out of it but the reality is that good luck comes only once and that is where they miscalculate things that might possibly ends them so badly because they are greedy.
