Bounty boards with the same POA for multiple accounts

I just found a strange and surprising POA, please check it for other members to check it because I feel like I found very a bit problem.

Is this what is called Duplicate account?

In the POA, the bounty board section uses almost the same Telegram ID, almost the same email and the same wallet in 2 different accounts. Hair and Mon72, are these members breaking the forum rules?

The most surprising thing in this POA section https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?topic=241542.msg1260439#msg1260439 for Mon72 pasted the forum username from https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=49623. This indication seems like the account owner forgot to copy the username link from the main account to the multi account.

@forum-patron When reporting things like this, always leave a quoted unedited post as proof. For example, even if this case is true, the exposed user can always edit his post and then it will be your word against his, which is not enough to take appropriate sanctions.

Even if the user deletes his post, the quoted text remains as a reference.
In my previous post, only I ^{and admin probably} can change what is inside the quote.
But it's a good thing that info will be added automatically when the post was last edited. Which excludes the possibility of subsequent changes for the sake of manipulation.

That's how it seemed to me from the very beginning. Several proofs of registration with your data and nothing more, no real participation in any campaigns or anything else.

And the fact that Mon72 account belongs to Nostoman says a lot by itself.

It can be an evidence, thank you for your investigation. But in this case it is rather obvious that Mon72 wanted to impersonate hair and Mon72 used hair's data for that. So blockchain interconnections is what expected in this case.

This is a trivial transaction, I wouldn't be surprised if it was done only on purpose to compromise these addresses. This is still not enough evidence, certainly not against such a highly-ranked member who has been on the forum for 5 years.

Better to use some Internet archive so the accused can't pretend that the message was modified.

Webarchive is fine, but even this way is a perfectly good solution, plus it is more transparent and simpler if the opinion of a third, neutral party is expected.
