Because of their power, influence and reputation, IMF will not cease from making interaction and interference on other country's economy, just because of their own high pedigree of inference on global economy, it is left for Ukraine to make their decision on this, but i think they will later succumb because they partly depends also on US for some of their economy dependencies and decision taken.
