What would be the possible ATH in Bitcoin price?  Do you think it will reach $100k by the end of this year?

I witnessed the 2nd and 3rd halving and now we're in 4th halving, Bitcoin price experienced a bullrun after 6 months or 1 year when halving was successfully done.  So, this is the most anticipated moment to witness the bull market again.

I would be extremely disappointed otherwise.
Both are in my base case scenario.

True, we really don't know who are buying spot ETFs, there could be the biggest hedge fund in the US, and there are even reports that as far as HK based asset based. So for now it's a wild wild west and probably this is the reason why we haven't seen a big move since the halving as the hype did goes down and maybe it's already price-in? Who knows.

Nah, they are definitely here to make profits and so they could not be strong or diamond hands and maybe the moment they see the price taking a nose dive, those individuals are going to tremble and nervous and panic.

That's right, I believe they are just institutional investors!

they definitely won't hold long term, they will only sell the bitcoin they bought at the beginning when they make a profit.

OP, TBH I don't know why this thread isn't moved to the trading section, anyway if there's any reason maybe I'm not aware of it, that's good a idea to bring different thoughts of the same class onto a single thread, answering some of the questions without mentioning, how will the spot ETF buyers will react to this consolidation zone? In my view most of the investors are already in good profits at least they were on the average of 68k to 71k, still, they are not in loss, also keep in mind most of the ETF investors are not ordinary people.

At the same time, there was news on my thread shared by a member where he said there was an average outflow of $900M funds due to this consolidating market, he did present some natural reasons as well.

Then back to the discussion, and for "those SpotETF buyers", definitely their hope was bitcoin to rise up and probably to hit $100k so they can sell them up albut if that's not happening then they have to have to hang it off.

That's right, they saw Bitcoin price movements when good news in the form of Bitcoin entering the ETF and being accepted which ultimately made Bitcoin prices soar very high. In this way, the demand for Bitcoin increases and makes the price of Bitcoin very expensive. However, the hype was only momentary because the next price movement was the collapse of the Bitcoin price, as you can see now, the Bitcoin price fell and many altcoins were directly affected.

We are now discounting all the possible FUD.
A lot of pressure is coming from the TradFi market, which faces a fear of inflation (debasement).
In the first wave, this is correlated with Bitcoin, but in the long term, it is bullish for our orange coin.

Currently bitcoin going down and the lower price raised $59,600 few minutes later and still don't now what bad news make bitcoin dropping significant after have good trend yesterday and bitcoin up to $63k.
Still not consistent yet with bitcoin uptrend moment after last several weeks ago almost break out over $73k but have dropped drastically and today break out under $60k.
FUD coming everywhere and make many holder easily for selling their bitcoin assets in lower price, I think in this month seems not change significant with bitcoin keep in the lower price and difficult will break out the new higher price above $73k.

The movement of Bitcoin price in the past month was not good and is still not good but everything will become good after a few months. Predictions does not mean that the mentioned price will be guaranteed on the mentioned date or month therefore be ready for fluctuations. Maybe Bitcoin goes more down or maybe it goes higher again so nothing can be easy to predict.

Current worth is in 60s but patience is the thing that can help us to see another ATH so be calm and don't think that price will not go higher because in the past the price was so down like that was 26k$ but then after ETF approval it crossed the previous ATH and created a new one so everything happens for a reason, you should think well according to the fluctuations happening in the market.

So we took a short dive to sub $54k region today.
Apparently this could be caused by Mt Gox moving around 47,000 bitcoins, which seemed to have caused a small panic.

One should not despair over the decline in the value of Bitcoin. You can use this opportunity to buy cheap bitcoins. We all know that Bitcoin is going to skyrocket after some time. Bitcoin is expected to cross $100k by the end of this year. Now the thing to see is how many times the price increase will increase? And how much will the new ATH be?
