It hasn't happened to me in a while, but if this has happened to you after several hours without logging into the forum, the cause is undoubtedly something else. The administrator should take a look at the logs to find out what the problem is and fix it.

If @admin wants to check, today the same thing happened to me again - first a 25 second warning, and then a message that I had already published a post (which was not the case). It was about my first post today, so the exact time can be found in the logs.

I use Tor as I wrote before and I was convinced that this was the reason for the error - but if you look at a couple of posts above you can see that @Findingnemo also has the same problem even when he doesn't use VPN/Tor.

Yes, I use Tor, but I also used Chrome and Firefox without using VPN or anything related to hiding information about the connection and sometimes I had the same problem, so I don't think it's related to Tor. But I repeat what I said in my previous post, it hasn't happened to me in a long time.

This is getting serious and it is you and Lucius having this issue and not everyone in the forum, the admin has to verify the issue and fixed it. I am suspecting that it is from the server log but he has to check the three most important logs in the forum. But I don't think it is from the error log but either the access log or the server log. But he can also check the activity log. Just to check them one after the other but that will take time and it will give him big work to do.

it does look radom, i have had this a long time ago, but later no trace

I used Tor when accessing this forum and I will say that I encountered this error in the last couple of days. However, if it doesn't concern Tor then there is something else that the admin might have to look as well.

Or it could be the ISP that we are using? Not sure about it though as that is one of my suspect as well.

I haven't experienced anything like this at the moment but I'll try to see if it's a bug or something like that if it isn't what |MINER| explained. I'll also try if same thing will happen when using tor or even a VPN. It nothing will happen then it isn't a bug at all but a security feature.

I have also faced this today its also seems to me that it is not the bug, I think this is a cooling period of 25 seconds so that people can't do the spams.
Some time when forum preview button  not working it's show the blank space after clicking the preview button. For that some time I write my posts on bitcointalk and preview the post on that forum and copy the post and paste here when making my post takes below 25 seconds it is shows this messages which op mention the screenshot.

It's been a while since I had this error but starting from yesterday and today I had this bug multiple times while posting that took few minutes to post what I wrote after closing and opening the browser multiple time.

Don't we have any clue why it's happening?
