You're right, sometimes when you lose you can't help but feel some pain, and a little anger, but with yourself, because everything that happens in a casino is your own fault, there is no other way, as far as Personally, I have always said something, when it comes to doing things better sometimes we have to learn to control our emotions, and anger is a very bad feeling and it can lead us to do crazy things, some rage players bet more money and that is not good at all, because that is when the bad things begin, it is a characteristic that can lead directly to addiction and when you fall into addiction the problems are very gigantic.

I agree with you, when they become emotional when they lose, it means they have a target that should not be a target in gambling, namely chasing victory.

Maybe feeling disappointed because of losing is something normal, especially I won't deny that when I gamble I also hope to win. However, that hope is not for me to pursue, but it is a natural feeling that a human has. So when I lost I was normal, because from the start I knew the risks.

I agree with you but the truth is that every gambler knows that in gambling there are only two possible outcomes, winning or losing and so should prepare his mind for it especially losing because in my opinion losing is more guaranteed than winning as you  have noted. The reason is that gambling is a game of probability and also, gambling is such that the bookies always have an edge over the players.

Since this is the case, it becomes clearer to see why people lose more than the rate they win. However, losing doesn't bring mental disorders at the first instance, it results from chasing loss. When a gambler tries to recoup his losses, he exposes himself to addiction which is capable of causing mental disorder as you pointed also.

Well yeah you are correct, emotion like losing temper when losing is natural to us humans especialy if we are greedy or we spend more than our intended budget. I totally agree that it is really a sign to maybe stay responsible with our gambling activity and habits so we won't end up making trouble or embarassment.

Those who are getting heated should change their approach to gambling. For example I dont like to do something twice. I dont like to correct/rebuild/redo something I did (instead I prefer to make totally new). I easily lose temper when I fail to do something after third try. However, I am really glad that does not apply to gambling. When I lose, I bet again if there is still funds, if I win, I feel happy. My approach is simple - whenever I make a deposit, I think that I have purchased game time. So while gambling I just enjoy the process I have paid for.

It would really be that too damn hard to make yourself that being cool or happy or something not just happen on the moment that you would really be losing in gambling. Even if we do say that you are really that playing gambling but still you would really be having that kind of emotion on getting pissed or having that frustation. Losing money is never been fun and this is why cant really be blame out people on having those kind of desperation on the moment that they do lose money. It is too bad if gambling controls us. This leads to addiction, people will gamble excessively if we has no control. When I experienced repeated losses, I prefer to stop gambling temporarily. When we are not in a good condition, it is not recommended to continue gambling because it even leads to worse situation.

It is easier said than done. It is like been subjected to a painful activity and then pretend as though the activity is fun. Controlling emotions depends on the amount used for gambling and the percentage of such an amount in the gambler's income. This is because responsible gambling is measured based on the gambler's income.

Gamblers are always advised not to bite more than they can chew which simply means that every gambler should gamble with an amount that they can afford to lose because it is only when a gambler operates within certain limitations that he can be able to control his countenance.
