Well I think the trick to this is to be able to do things right from the start and the easiest way is to set limits and base ourselves on responsibility before playing. This is because they gambled with money that they cannot afford to lose which lead to them chasing their losses thinking they can recover them back. It's bettee that as a gambler, you should only gamble with thw amount of money that you can afford to and stop the game at the right time to limit your losses, because the house hedge will always win.

I don't get angry all the time, I just get disappointed for been a failure to myself but when I think about it a little, I forget about it because I know it's something that is beyond my control, you can't always win even in real life not to even mentioned that gambling is something you can't control unless the luck is on your side.

However, I get angry when I have a game left and the game ruin everything and patience I have work for, I can't imagine myself expecting last game of 7/8 and then the last game stop me from winning that money, it get me angry but I quite forget them easily in an hour.
