Staking ETH has some pros and cons.

One pros that I see is the amount of risk that you'll be dealing with as you hold ETH. Since it's the 2nd highest in terms of market cap, the risk would be lower compared to the other staking coins out there. One cons that I see though is the amount of reward that you'll be getting on a yearly basis. In crypto world, staking rewards of around 2-4% isn't enough at least for me, and there are better altcoins there if you will just focus on the staking rewards.

ethereum is still a potential coin to hold, although some say it is better to choose one between bitcoin and ethereum, because their movements are the same. If you want higher profits, choose other top coins such as BNB, Solana, etc.

You guys talk as if you are newbies in this space, normally, after a major or significant drop in the price of cryptocurrencies as we witnessed recently, bitcoin will always recover first, this is the time when it's market dominance usually grows a bit or significantly, and after some time when the price of bitcoin have become stable and it's market dominance starts to decline, this is the time ethereum, and majority of other good Altcoins starts to recover.

So, hold your horses guys, Altcoin will recover back as soon as Bitcoin price becomes more stable at and above $60k and more.

Hmm, Yup BTC made a quick recovery and now trading above the 60.5k range if Bitcoin holds this as a support level which more likely going to happen it won't be difficult for the good Altcoin projects to shoot up crazy, still, ETH hasn't made a recovery as its trading around 2.6k and I do agree with you that most of the people bought at 3.2k to 2.4k range, and haha the funny part is I was also one of them. In a recent dump and still, ETH is still worth it to accumulate. I'm not highly positioned in the ETH but i wanted to, for now I'm out of funds maybe soon, i'll grab other opportunity.

Why you are so confident that we will have altcoins season soon? Even if Bitcoin can survive about $60k, I think it won't bring big impact to altcoin prices. Bitcoin price needs to have big increase to trigger altcoin season. If Bitcoin really hits $100k, I've no doubt that we will see altcoin season in the near future.
