I could remember way back when I was always gambling without luck and run at loss almost every time that I gamble. This will make me say to myself I will quit gambling, but after a while, I will think of gambling and I will try to hold myself back, which happens. But my mind will keep telling me to gamble, and after somedays I will gamble again. Same thing will happen and I will repeat the same words again. This happened to me over and over again, but look at me now I am still gambling and having fun with it. Have this ever happened to you that you said you will quit gambling but didn't.
Why is it that, it is when a gambler is losing that he always think of quitting.

I have quite a similar situation. Many times I have said to myself, that I will stop playing crash with 1.01-1.05 odds. Because the possible amount won isnt worth risking. Many times I have managed to turn $1 into $3-5, and say to myself that it is time to stop. But I keep busting and 1.00 Sometimes it is hard to believe, that among 1.00-9999 crashes, I see 1.00 crash so often. Even though loosing a dollar isnt much and I dont feel very disappointed, but many times I saw how easy it is to double that bet, and how often I lose it and tell myself to never risk so stupidly anymore.

In fact, this has never happened in my life. I took up gambling as a form of entertainment when I could quit gambling. I never thought I would participate in gambling after taking a break from gambling. Thinking like this sounds like a gambling addict. Gambling should be mainly for entertainment Gambling should never start with making money. But correct yourself or you are going to become a gambling addict. And once you become addicted to gambling, you will destroy yourself completely.

Yes and that would lead to lack of self control then addiction would take place. If any gambler really wants to stop gambling then he has to control himself though will not just go like that but the determination must be there to quit gambling. Those who have been gambling addict and left gambling do not like to go back again because they know how they suffer before leaving the gambling habit. And as for me I am a gambler but not chronic gambler and I am not addicted to gambling.  But to quit from gambling is just a determination.

All I can say here is that despite loosing, you were probably gambling responsibly and didn't go out of your budget, if you are that type that doesn't listen to gambling management, you will probably go broke and nobody will even advice you to quit, you will stop and delete anything that has to do with gambling forever.

Gambling isn't something you and then stop. It's not something you even quit when you win even though you have made some losses and made everything back. I have 12 steps to first floor from kitchen in second floor.

so I am still  discovering just how many steps / flights of stairs I can do.

I WENT to doctor  to check the operation healing so doctor was happy. But he saw me early so I decided to do one set at lunch vs 2 one at breakfast one at dinner.

SINCE I did just one set I did 240 steps up and down which is 20 flights of stairs up and down. IT is real cardio work. I COULD do more steps than 240 I am now past 8 minutes time. WANT TO ADD to steps and time.

I decided to try to do 1 set a day and get to 15-20 minutes

I did 276 steps or 23 flights of stairs today in 9 minutes and 2 seconds.

After dinner I will do relaxed cycle time with rubber band curls.

I work upper body and allow my legs a stretch exercise.

The dual stair workout was not allowing me recovery time

Along with walking on the beach with my wife of 37 plus years.

There are always going to be hardships especially when it comes to quitting something that you have always been doing consistently. The repeated attempts to quit and the big cycle of life that you have where you are stuck in that continuous loop.

I believe having meditation and acceptance that you have an addiction would result in having a good result in the quest that you have to quit.

This is why gambling industry is really that profitable due to this very common human being behavior on which they would really be just that keeps on coming coming back on the moment that they would really be able to experience a single win. Just like on what said that you would really be having those thoughts that you would really be quitting but on the moment that you do hit up a single win then you would really be just simply goes back into your original phase and would really be starting to gambling again and this one keeps on until you would be losing all the money
you do have or simply cant be able to play just because you dont have the funds on doing so.
