MKR or the New Governance Token?

Hey everyone,

I’ve got some MKR and with MakerDAO’s Endgame plan rolling out, I’m wondering if I should exchange it for the new governance token, NewGovToken (NGT). Has anyone done a deep dive or analysis on this and want to share their insights?

Here’s what I know so far:

As part of the Endgame plan, MakerDAO is launching NGT, which will replace the current MKR governance token.
Existing MKR holders can convert their tokens to NGT at a rate of 1 MKR to 24,000 NGT.

Are you planning to exchange your MKR for NGT? Why or why not?
Do you think the new governance structure will improve MakerDAO's decision-making process?

Well swapping it wont make a huge difference as whales will keep the governance the way they wanna, the only good thing for this is that there will be more opportunities to others to participate, as 1 mkr=24 000 from 2k to 0,08$ looks like anyone can grab some coins and participate, but still being whales who keep the decisions.

The only benefict is that the average entry price will drop to something more acessible, but the control wont change unless whales dump their bags wich is unlike they do, as MkR is the few coins wich has a outside revenue strong source of income...
