Question for anonymixer:
Recently, we have had several almost identical cases here. A newbie comes in panic and overposts about the transaction delay from your mixer. Soon, everything will be solved. One case may be an incident, but 3+ can already be considered a form.
Is it the same user, or are your users such beginners, or is it just some advertising campaign on your part?

1. We have no idea if it's the same user or not, they e-mail / post in from different accounts each time.

2. We have been running since 2020. Most issues are handled by e-mail, sometimes users panic and post to the forum immediately after e-mailing.

3. No, we are not inventing panicked newbies for the forum. This is a massive ball ache.

The vast majority of users have no problem following our very specific instructions and LOG, but those that do, by their nature are given to panic, publicly.

It's better to explain it this way than to leave it to a neutral user to interpret what this is about. It's especially striking that a similar "problem" is repeated several times.

By the way, have I ever asked you why you don't have an affiliate program? That would encourage people to talk about you and share a link to your service.

It's not that our users are such beginners, on the whole, it is that we have a lot of users, and the more users you have, the more will be inexperienced and nervous.

People will e-mail us even if things are fine, as it is going through, complaining it didn't work, when it 100% did. We are spammed by slightly confused people. You only see a small fraction on the forum!

It is not exactly the most represented currency, although it is informative; this feature does not help much for the majority of users. It's not a big deal, but we're mostly used to $, possibly EUR.

Maybe the OP is based in the UK so it is more natural for him to use such units.

This is of course just baseless speculation however.

Because most people use Tor and/or a VPN, their preferred language / currency can not be reliably detected by either IP or Browser Settings.

The initial currency is guessed by the time of day (business hours) they first visit the website. There is a time window for EUR too. Right now it's showing Japanese Yen.

You can change the currency quickly by selecting from the drop-down menu on the top right.
