I honestly believe that Bitcoin will record a new all time high before this year ends, and by the top of the bull run next year, it may record another all time high which can be as high as $120k or more..
I also believe that Bitcoin will make a new ATH this year and when bull run is at its peak then I believe Bitcoin can reach or cross $100k or maybe $120k that you mentioned.

Some people even think that Bitcoin can reach or cross $150k at peak but I guess from the current situation of the market it's quite good to stick to $100k to $120k as peak of the bull run.

I set my bitcoin sell target at $100K, maybe I will sell some of my bitcoin and keep holding it at its highest point. This is what I will do in the bullish season at the end of this year or maybe next year. This requires free funds, as many people say and we should have prepared it long ago.

Well this is what is always expected since the year started alot speculated that we are going to see the all time high in this year and the timings will be late in the year but then we where taken unaware when the last all time high happened in the first quarter and not even second quarter of the year 2024.

There is still indication that we are going to be seeing a more bitcoin uptrend direction movement before the third quarter of the year runs out and at that point we are going to move above 100k Bitcoin price as recorded all time high.

If new ATH does not create during this year then it will be sure created by Bitcoin in 2025 because halving effects has not initiated yet which will increase the price of bitcoin as well as altcoins and once the price starts to pump then very soon it will reach to 100k$ but till today there has no upward movement shown by bitcoin since the happening of halving.

We should target that value which is possible to attain because if we target 150k$ or 200k$ then there is a probability that we will miss the 100k$ of achievement too where most of the people will sell their Bitcoin and eventually bear season will start due to lower in the value of coins.

I set my bitcoin sell target at $100K, maybe I will sell some of my bitcoin and keep holding it at its highest point.
You've set a quite good sell target for your Bitcoin, I hope you'll soon see that order getting filled. I hope you may see your sell order filled within 2024 as most of us still believe that Bitcoin can somehow perform really good by the end of this year.

There is still indication that we are going to be seeing a more bitcoin uptrend direction movement before the third quarter of the year runs out and at that point we are going to move above 100k Bitcoin price as recorded all time high.
I also believe in that indication and even think that we may soon see some upward moments from Bitcoin. The market may get a few more dumps because of that Mt. GOX thing but I'm quite sure at the end of this year we'll see Bitcoin reaching pretty high values.

We should target that value which is possible to attain because if we target 150k$ or 200k$ then there is a probability that we will miss the 100k$ of achievement too where most of the people will sell their Bitcoin and eventually bear season will start due to lower in the value of coins.
Although, anything is possible in crypto market but I agree that we should not aim for $150k or higher if we can see Bitcoin at $100k as that's already a pretty high value for most of us and I believe by then most of us would have made 2x to 4x profit if we bought Bitcoin during last two years.

I totally agree with you mate. What I  believe we are experiencing now is the Bitcoin price correction and a little manipulation by whales, that's all. And I strongly believe that if ATH doesn't happen this year, then probably next year. The historical trend can only be delayed but not stopped as long as Bitcoin keeps having demand and scarcity remains due to limited supply of coins. The 21 million coin to ever exit is a wise thought from Satoshi because that has been the more reason why Bitcoin price keeps pumping with demand.

What is DCA ?
What you feel is almost the same as what I feel, it feels great to be able to have assets in the form of Bitcoin whether this will be a normal thing for others but for me it feels different, feeling like there is an increase in the history of life let alone how to get it that maybe not everyone can, I will continue to hold it until later I really need it but I have plans to sell it partially or 50% of my Bitcoin balance when the Altcoin season starts and will buy it again when the bearish season has arrived like previous years.
DCA means dollar cost averaging. This means you buy BTC after an equal interval of time with a specific or variable amount of money. In simple words, it means you buy BTC every week, or every day, or every month, with some amount to accumulate as much as you can for a longer period of time. So, that's why the market price of the BTC does not matter that much until you want to hold it for a longer period of time.

I liked your reason, BTW what do you think when will the altcoin season start? I mean you probablyy want to sell BTC when its ATH or above $70k right? So what's your stance on this, do you think its possible for BTC to reach $70k again in upcoming month.

In my opinion, the story of my introduction to crypto is very sad.
The first time I heard the term crypto was from a friend at work but with a different definition from mine I saw him playing a game I immediately approached him and asked what it was he answered only a game then I asked again what game it was how come I never saw it he answered again with the same answer after that I asked him to teach me but he didn't want to and he gave advice to create an account on Bitcointalk which is now known as BTT I immediately created an account on BTT and after that he told me to join the signature campaign after that he didn't tell me what else he said I was told to learn by myself After that he told me to join the signature campaign after that he didn't tell me what else he said I was told to learn by myself and I started learning about BTT I was quite active there until one day I started to feel bored and I left it You know yourself, right, if the conditions for joining the signature campaign are there is a minimum rank while at that time on the BTT forum people were very stingy to give karma or merit and I started to give up and forget about BTT.
After a few years I didn't open my account on BTT when I wanted to open it again my account was lost my email and password were not registered I don't know why and now I don't have an account there yesterday I tried to create an account there again but it seems quite difficult and I undo my intention to create an account on Bitcointalk.

I don't know how the game part of your story relates to your introduction to Bitcoin but still I got the rest part and that's what is important here.

For Bitcointalk, I actually never knew that there was something called signature campaign when I got to that site - all I knew was bounty where you'll have to perform tasks in twitter in order to get some rewards and to my it wasn't really worth it - it was after exploring the site myself and coming across some posts that mentioned being able to earn through signature that I decided to learn more about the forum and I learnt everything myself without any mentorship, I took it as a way of having fun, I tried to get to know new things everyday and use it in my day-to-day activity and see what I can do with it before finally mastering some thing there.
Congratulations, that's a great achievement for you.
Then you are now an expert there with your achievements now you should have gained a lot of knowledge and have gotten results or benefits from the BTT forum and of course you have gotten a lot of Bitcoin from the BTT forum.
Are you still active there and following some of the campaigns?

I am still very far from who you’d refer to as an expert - users like o.e.l.e.o and the rest are the experts we are only trying our best to one day be like them and do similar things that they have done and still doing.

And concerning my activities over there - I’m still active and I’m still in a campaign, although it’s not easy trying to balance coming to two different forums and still do things in real life.

I totally agree with you mate. What I  believe we are experiencing now is the Bitcoin price correction and a little manipulation by whales, that's all. And I strongly believe that if ATH doesn't happen this year, then probably next year.
The market might get some more dumps if Mt. GOX somehow credits the victims of their exchange but I believe such payments will work as correction than a real dump. The ones who get their Bitcoin after many years will surely sell their holdings as soon as they receive it. The Bitcoin price was below $1000 when Mt. GOX was hacked and now it's still over $50k and for those victims it's more than 50x profit.

That's good, never waste an opportunity just to look for something else that you might not be able to get.
Maybe later if I already have an account there can you teach me to be well received by the members there.
Maybe by now you already have a lot of assets in the form of Bitcoin or other coins or you have turned them all into fiat and you should now be ready to welcome the Altcoin season. :)

The market has improved again and we see that the price of bitcoin has reached $62K, the price of altcoins is also increasing. If you still have funds, it's best to immediately buy coins that we think have the potential to rise during the bullish season.

Yep... +3.3% today, quite a convincing move since we all just saw it at $56k a few days ago... maybe some people assumed the price had already bounced and was ready to go bullish... which we all expected was that the crazy bullish moment after the halving hasn't happened yet, so there are still many who are trapped in the assumption that the halving is a bullish moment... therefore, I think the psychology of the majority of people is also affected by this....

Hopefully the movement continues to improve and the chart is filled with green candlesticks.

People who have been playing in the crypto world for a long time do not necessarily have Bitcoin and this is a fact.
Not sure if I am going to agree about this because never that I played in crypto since day one unless its for gambling
because I am taking this seriously because this covers my hard earned money and my precious time so nope I dont consider this as playing.
Quote
Because I myself have been playing in the crypto world for almost 8 years, this is the first time I have assets in the form of Bitcoin, of course you all know where I got Bitcoin from.
then you should be either altcoin hunter or airdrop/bounty maker so most of your beliefs are in Altcoins because if not why not have bitcoin for those years?
have been here for 7 years and i mostly hold bitcoin but mistakenly selling when the price is still low.
Quote
My question :
Do all members on this forum have assets in the form of Bitcoin?
And
What are the reasons that make you interested in investing in Bitcoin Apart from knowing that the price has increased every year?
Let's discuss togethers.
the main reason is the safety mate , there are no other coins that is safer than bitcoin unless you are in day trading .

asking me if all emmbers here has bitcoin ? maybe not all but majority of them has.

What do you mean by safe?
Whether in terms of price or something else.
If most of the members on this forum already have Bitcoin, can we become a community that falls into the category of holding Bitcoin until one day our Bitcoin address is marked by traders like what happened to the German government's Bitcoin address?
