Artificial Intelligence and Decentralised Computing
« on: June 11, 2024, 10:07:55 PM »
We know that cloud servers can be demanding and not as cost effective enough for developers to keep making and creating AI products and I believe that there are ways this could be made better and possible of there could be a channel that gathers up all the spare computing poer from data centers and crypto miners to create a big network for running AI tasks, what is your thought about this, have idea about this?

Actually, your idea isn't far off from what's already happening with projects like IO net. They're building a massive network of unused computing power from data centers and crypto miners to make AI tasks more affordable and accessible.

If you compare it to other project like Golem, iExec, and Ankr, they also offer distributed computing power, but IOnet is laser-focused on AI tasks. That means it's designed from the ground up to be super-efficient for things like machine learning and training models.

IO has been blowing up twitter. Though I'm not familiar with GPU or computing power, but the bullish trend caught my my attention. What do you think about that?
