Well, other than getting some glasses or contact lenses, there are some eye exercises that I came across on the internet sometime ago which may just be of help. you can attempt to roll your eyes around in circles as if you are looking behind your scalp or Keep your eye on something nearby then shift your gaze to something far off. It’s like your eyes had their own mini workout! And, you know, even the simple action like massaging your eyes a bit can be quite effective. Just be really careful, don’t go hard on them! You can also try using your palm to cover them for a while, this be helpful, like going on a short eye-vacation! And just to clarify, these exercises aren’t going to make you have 20/20 vision or something; however, they can surely be beneficial. So the best thing to do would obviously be to consult an eye doctor so that he might recommend to you some good things for your eyes.
