Did anyone from official RoyalMix team explained what is going on with their website?

No news yet, its been more than 24 hours since the clearnet became inaccessible.

It would be better if we get an update from the team concerning the issue with the clearnet - at least we'll know what we are dealing with, if it's a DDOS attack or an update.

P.S. The Tor link still works very fine.

Is anybody else having problems accessing the RoyalMix clearnet site today?

I tried with two different browsers, but I got different errors for each.

Website is not working for me today, maybe they are having some maintenance work and updates.
They are new on mixing scene and this things happen sometimes.

Did anyone from official RoyalMix team explained what is going on with their website?

The website is currently facing technical difficulties. May be this outage due to server maintenance or temporary network problem or can be unexpected hardware issues. May be team working and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

But it looks like we'll have to wait a little longer. Of course the team will message us after solving the problem. You're right, as they are new in this space this can be happen.

Navigating through the site is really easy/ flexible so I don't think anyone would be having any issue doing that. You can visit the FAQ by just scrolling down, it's very easy to locate and access. The most important aspect which is privacy is already taken care off and according to Royalmix your coin can get mixed for as low as 30 minutes and impossible for any third party to track the coin after which it has been sent to your receiving wallet address.

It is not wise to say, it is impossible for 3rd party to track, because using the mixer only can't save your privacy there are other factors to be considered. For example, your wallet before mixing might be linked with some other wallet which is public, but the aml score of this mixer is amazing which ensure a difficulty for an expert to find the source out.

An average mind can't get around how fo find the source, to enhance the privacy we can prefer there delay option, which is beneficial although a bit expensive might be as tx will be delayed and

Any ways this may call for concern but at the same time not a panicking situation since the site can still be accessed with thor link and that shows that everything is still fine with the mixer,  the clean net may be under mentainance and whatever but still it is better the team come up with an update on what the situation is with the clean net.

We should have been more worried if the situation persist until the coming week and beyond incentive we have hard many mixer going off lately.

I found out. The site is undergoing maintenance and will be available again within 12-18 hours.

Great, i can also confirm that, the clearnet site is back online and running again, thanks for keeping us updated that the site was undergoing maintenance.

However, they could temporarily put up an info page so that users know that everything is under control.

I agree too, maybe next time if the site is going on maintenance for a long time, visitors can get a message like 'the site is under maintenance temporarily' when they try to access it.

RoyalMix website is back online and everything works normal for me.
There is telegram support for RoyalMix and I think it would be be great if they can use that to announce latest news, updates and any future maintenance work.

It seems that they fixed most of the bugs that were recognized here, now it seems much better.

I don't know how the translation to English was solved, it seems to be done on the fly. When I open it, the Russian version is loaded first, and after a few seconds, everything is translated into English. A bit unusual, but ultimately functional.
I don't know if there are plans to add more languages ​​and how it will work then.

Yes, I also noticed that and I thought the Russian page will continue there but within seconds it was translated to English and I noticed it somehow used Google translate plugin that's available on Chrome browser. However, the good thing is that it's now working properly and there's no issue in reading the page as a English user. I'm pretty sure they'll soon make it more convenient before adding other languages.

Sorry to ask, but was this before the maintenance period? Because mine has always been translating to English even before they went offline to work on the site - as soon as I open the site it shows everything in Russian but then switches to English [this was all before the update on the site].

This was what i was just about to ask, mine has always loaded in this way, before the maintenance period. It shows in Russian first and then changes to English after a few seconds, not a problem for me, but maybe that can be fixed.

Yes, it has always done that. You can open the Developer Tools on your browser if oyu are on the desktop, go to the "Scripts" section, and there should be a "Google Translate" script somewhere, with that sort of name. Or you can go to the Network tab and reload the page - it is automatically ran whenever you open a page on RoyalMix.
