Is there a reason why the signature for Sr. members are unavailible? If I remember correctly on BTT there is Sr.member signature, but here on AltcoinsTalks I don't see one.

I think the reason for that is because there is no much campaigns available here in this forum, as compared to BTT. This forum is yet to accept more campaigns, as it is still on its growing and advertising stage to projects and new companies that will be needing recommened place for advertisement.

I've looked through the entire thread and seen that many senior members have applied to enter their names to work on the free campaign here. After seeing them, I also applied to participate in the free campaign here. Now only the manager can make the next decision.

Since the signature available in the op is for hero/legendary members, if this was a paid campaign, it is assumed that the campaign is only open to users in this ranks, but since it's a free campaign now, I guess nothing wrong with senior members wearing the signature so long as it displays correctly, it's a freewill campaign so everyone is free to participate.

It's better assumed that this free signature campaign set is only Hero/legendary rank, unless if Icopress decides to include signature for lower ranks members until then, we have to make do with what we have at hand.
