Are motivation and ambition the driving force for someone to achieve success?

Motivation and ambition can awaken a man psychological well-being, but he has to work hard and struggle to achieve success. A lazy person motivation and ambition may catch up for a while and then he sleeps through the day. A small example from my life, I worked in the first bounty but there all my friends got paid except not to me. Later i quit working on bounty but started working again with inspiration from a friend of mine. As a result of which i get a huge payment. He told me not to lose too soon and to work harder. There will be a lot of bounty ahead so if you work you will get a lot of money.

This is a question I used to always ask myself. Because previously I had ambitions that were not too big. And this actually makes me less motivated to move forward and progress. But then I discovered that Ambition can encourage motivation and motivation can also encourage ambition and the two when combined will bring us closer to success. because we will have much greater enthusiastic energy and make us work harder than other people to achieve our goals.

But regarding this real ambition, we have to keep it stable and not excessive. Because we also have to prioritize morals and ethics so that our ambitions do not interfere with other people's interests.

I think motivation and ambition should go together to achieve remarkable Results. Because quite a lot of people have ambition, motivation and good planning. but they are afraid to start. So they really never move forward from their current life. Everything must be balanced and must not be excessive. Ambition that is too strong, for example, will only make someone swallowed up by greed which will start to make someone dare to take big risks, and potentially experience big losses. And I forgot to mention even if we have all these but still many of them can't able to achieved because of the responsibilities. for example, when I am only the person in my family is making money then I am entirely responsible to take care of the family so I just have to stick with whatever the current temporary situation that helps me to get that instead of pursuing my dream career and I bet 80% of people felt that but having a breakthrough at this point is the biggest difference.

Yes, motivation and ambition has the capacity to make someone achieve success in every fair of life.
Motivation is it tool that helps an individual to direct his focus towards a given goal, it's what that fuels  persistence an help to maintain focus over time.
Why ambition places high level standard,and helps individual to pursue an aim higher and spontaneously improve.

I think the reason why some people in this category find it really hard or impossible to pursue their dreams and aspirations is because they overplay their part as the bread winners of the family. there’s one thing people do not understand and that’s the fact that your greatest responsibility is to yourself, you’re meant to be the primary reason for your existence and every other thing comes second. If you fail in life due to the fact that you spent your whole life taking care of the family, you’ll blame no one else but yourself, not because you didn’t try hard but because you didn’t put yourself first. Sometimes, this isn’t being selfish, because if you pursue your dreams and still make it, it is still the same family that’ll benefit from it too. So that shouldn’t be an excuse to why you’ve been unable to chase your dreams.

Ambition and motivation can trigger success it can be a driving force. But the king of them all is decision and determination you can have an ambition and also be motivated but when you haven't made a decision or determined to push motivation won't be forced, the driving force is determination and decision very important that's it.
