On March 2, 2022, I created my account on Betcoin.ag and initially deposited $1000. Since then, I've been betting on sports, mainly football and basketball, on and off for about a year. However, I found the betting limits on Betcoin.ag to be quite low, which led me to discover Playbetr.com, a sister website with higher limits. Consequently, I made an account on Playbetr.com on December 31, 2022. My first deposit on Playbetr was $4000, followed by an additional deposit of $1000 to $2000 later on. Similarly, I deposited another $1000 on Betcoin.ag. In total, I had deposited around $7000 to $8000 across both sites, all in Bitcoin (BTC). During this period, I never encountered any issues with either platform.

On Playbetr, I focused exclusively on NBA betting. Initially, I faced some losses but eventually won several bets. It's important to note that my bets on Betcoin.ag and Playbetr.com were entirely different and not related to each other. Despite experiencing some losses initially, which seemed acceptable to the platforms, I eventually started winning.

Following these wins, I attempted to withdraw my balances from both websites, only to discover that my betting limits had been drastically reduced to less than $10 stakes on NBA bets. My total withdrawals amounted to 0.65 BTC from Playbetr and nearly 0.21 BTC from Betcoin.ag. Both sites requested that I complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. I promptly uploaded the required documents, including pictures of my driving license, selfies, and address proof. After my account was fully verified, I eagerly awaited my withdrawals.

However, the next day, I found myself unable to log in to either site. Even when I managed to log in, I had no access to any features of my accounts. Essentially, both Betcoin.ag and Playbetr had blocked my accounts simultaneously without any explanation. I received an email from both platforms stating that I had been accused of fraudulent activities and that they had the right to terminate my accounts and suspend payouts. Despite their allegations, they offered to return my deposits, which I found laughable since I wasn't interested in getting my deposits back; I wanted my rightful winnings.

This incident seemed to be a common occurrence, as I observed similar complaints from other users. Despite my continuous efforts to contact them via email since January 3, 2023, I received no responses. Every time I tried to communicate through live chat, I was met with the same generic response, advising me to email them for more information.

Interestingly, Playbetr has a reputation for responding to complaints on various forums, often claiming to be transparent and fair. This made their lack of response to my situation even more surprising. My primary concern is understanding why I was scammed out of 0.85 BTC, which is currently worth almost $20,000. The fraudulent actions listed by the platforms included syndicate play, match-fixing, late betting, development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings, arbitrage betting, and several other activities. However, they failed to explain how I allegedly violated any of these rules, and I am confident that I did not.

My betting activities were solely on NBA bets, one of the biggest markets globally, making it nearly impossible to cheat. The NBA is the top league of a major sport with huge betting limits on all known sportsbooks. The accusation that I cheated is false, and the platforms' refusal to provide any evidence or explanation is unacceptable. I am determined to take this matter further and ensure these unjust practices are exposed. Despite their claim that they would repay my deposits, they have ignored my attempts to address the issue.

I am aware that other users have sought legal action through Curacao courts and lawyers. I am prepared to invest any necessary resources to resolve this matter. It is essential to hold these platforms accountable and prevent them from scamming fair players.

For further proof of my claims, here are some links:

Proof of my withdrawal requests, showing a total of 0.85 BTC in both accounts
Screenshots of bets I won on Playbetr
Video of me attempting to access my Playbetr account after receiving the emails
Video of a conversation with a friend, proving I did not use Playbetr before December 30, 2022
In summary:

The total amount involved is 0.85 BTC (deposits plus profits).
My accounts were randomly blocked on January 3, 2023, after requesting withdrawals.
I did not break any rules.
I have received no response via live chat or email, despite multiple attempts.
The platforms have provided no explanation or evidence to justify their actions.
I am eagerly awaiting a response from Betcoin.ag and Playbetr.com. Thank you in advance.

I’ll advise that you take this case to askgambler and Casinoguru - go and file a complaint there, they might able to help you get in touch with the casino and see if they can help you reach a better solution.

And also go to Bitcointalk.org and create a scam accusation thread over there or complain in the ann thread of betcoin.ag (I’m not sure the other site you mentioned has a thread in Bitcointalk) - but I’m sure you’ll be able to get some people to notice your case and also help you out and see if you did anything that resulted in you being unable to access the money you won.

I am not into online gambling as I don't find it to be a good moneymaking scheme and on my part this can only be a blackhole to my wallets. Well, in the first place I really do not have the money for such a hobby and I am not a lucky guy for a thing like this plus I don't trust any online platform after I was scammed with different schemes in the past. Good to know that there can be a way for victims of these gambling platforms that are not credible and would just block their users just because they are cashing out. I visited the Askgambler and Casinoguru sites and I am seeing that these are review sites actually of different platforms doing business in the online gambling industry...and maybe if I am a gambler I would be reading their recommendations so as to lessen me being scammed.

It is given above to try posting also in the other Forum as BTT(bitcointalk) because the team has their official representative there and also there are their Advertising manager that may help you get closer to the response of the team.

i believe that these sites also faces issues back then but since each thread creator pursuing their cases?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=search2

take a look at Betcoin.ag's scam accusations that seems to be increasing year after year.

Playbetr on the other hand has also some but they are acting solving those cases.

Your case was already dealt by Betcoin.ag and they are confident you violated their rules.

I have no business between you and the casino but users will look into your motives when you post something like this when you know the casino's account rep isn't here. This will only look unfair to them also because it appears they can't respond in this forum.

From what we can read, the casino allowed you to withdraw the funds.

Sorry about your loss. It really doesn't matter whether you are a newbie or legendary - the platforms will make arbitrary rules, that you will only find poorly explained in their terms of service - and then try as much as possible to avoid paying out to you. This is particularly more likely if they are low on reserves compared to the amount you are trying to withdraw, and even if you give them all identification, proofs, sources of funds, and so on.

Once again, I hope you manage to find a solution to your problem.

I thought it was a new case I never thought it was an old one and the Op already had a thread and complaints at those sites I recommended to him.

I believe this thread was not created with the intention of getting his money back - threads like this are usually created so as to spoil the name of the casino, imagine the op going different sites and creating this type of thread for the casino if users are searching for reviews about the casino they’ll most likely end up finding one of this thread and might get discouraged from using it.

Hey Bambiken sorry for the lost you incurred on these betting site, although I wasn't able to finished up what you said here rather I just scrolled down to your summary to see the complaint. What i would suggest is that betcoin.ag has an active campaign on Bitcointalk I think you can track them over there to get their attention to solve your problems, they are more visible over there than here.

Yes. The case is already handled and discussed in Bitcointalk. Not sure what makes the problem, but it looks a bit complicated matter. Personally, I think we can't do anything to help him, it totally depends on the team of Betcoin. He may violate rules, but is it really the main problem? We don't know it for sure.

I have no business between you and the casino but users will look into your motives when you post something like this when you know the casino's account rep isn't here. This will only look unfair to them also because it appears they can't respond in this forum.
Me, too. It is no problem if he only wants to share an experience. But it seems this matter should be in gambling discussion because it is still related to gambling. OP needs to move it here: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=448.0. Or here: https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?board=84.0. OP also can use the option 'report to moderator'. Well, I can agree that this won't resolved the problem, the team of Betcoin will never respond it here.  ::)

Links?? what link do you mean?? I can't even click on any link in the article because it's not embedded in any link... is this a copy paste story from here; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5438132.0

It seems that this case has been handled, because the posting was made in 2023 and I'm sure the casino doesn't want to have a bad name because it really affects their existence in competing with other casinos.

And in my opinion it would be more appropriate to discuss this openly on Betcoin and Playbetr's ann thraed, on btt...and move it to the forum court because it has something to do with justice here. correct me if I wrong  :D

          -     Sometimes I don't understand why other gamblers think this online gambling casino is a money-making machine. I just can't figure it out because the winner here is just luck, and we know that luck doesn't always happen to a gambler every time they gamble, right?

That's why it's very simple: when you always lose and you lose a lot of money, stop; that's it; and if you know you have a win, even if the amount is not that big, stop and take out what you won first.

That's why it's very simple: when you always lose and you lose a lot of money, stop; that's it; and if you know you have a win, even if the amount is not that big, stop and take out what you won first.

Majority of them gamblers are not just ready to follow simple safety advice that’s why you see them in situation like this - the basic rule that all gambler should adhere to or keep in front of their mind each time they are to participate in any gambling activity is to “always gamble with an amount you can afford to lose” if they should stick to that principle there only have little thing to worry about and that won’t be the amount they lose but how frequently they gamble.

I am also into gambling but never have I used any money that was meant for something else to partake in gambling - all my deposits have been one that I know I won’t be needing to do anything again, I don’t just go around making. Deposits with large sums thinking I’ll be able to double it through gambling.
