It is his own research, he didn't suggest other people to follow him. There is nothing wrong to share own experience as long as it is not a suggestion for other people. Most of the coins mentioned on the OP, there are top altcoins. What coins you think they are not useful? Anyway, never force other people to do such decision!! Let other people to invest in their own way.

The problem here is that i am not too much into altcoins, i believe a lot of them are pump and dump, but that's not to say people do not make money from altcoins, people make a lot of money from it, but my long term option is BTC. I kind of missed the fact that Ethereum was on op's list, it is not bad for 'investment', and it has been around for a long time too.

I don't like to give people advice anymore when it comes to crypto and it's not because I don't want to teach them but it's so difficult to convince people about crypto as there mind is now program on buying coins that can give them quick profits and right now, the only coins available that is capable of giving high return are meme coins and they are high risk.

To save myself from any future embarrassment, if they insist on investment, I tell them to buy Bitcoin and if they prefer altcoins, I give them solana as alternative, since they are expecting ETF approval in the future, that's what I do to save myself from there problems.

The crypto stated above are legit coins, but yet very volatile except ETH. There are many other tokens not mentioned above that we can consider legit coins and have the fastest recovery. But most of the time their price depends only on the Bitcoin price movement. When Bitcoin prices go down they go up as well. And because it's so volatile, the price goes up a lot.

When it comes to coins, it is important to take note of the fact that you can lose your investment without any recovery,  we have seen some of the most performing coins turning out to become worthless in a few weeks and month, so even though a coin is performing well by recovery and making multi ti.e all time highs, it doesn't guarantee the safety of your investment because you may mistakenly buy it at high prices and the coin dropped and never go close to such a price again.

What I do most times is to always choose only one coin such as Ethereum or BNB and stick to only that coin regardless of how other coins are performing I don't look out for them anymore since I will be putting my investment at risk if I buy multiple coin.

Everyone has their own list and everyone believes in some other coin or token. That is how the market works, if we all believed in a single coin, there would be just a single coin and no other coins or tokens in the market. But because we all believe in something different, we all have something we look out for and that is why there are hundreds, even thousands of projects out there which has some sort of cap. That doesn't mean all of us will be right, its true that some people will believe in things that will be very tiny, and some people will lose money but that also means some of us will be very right.

Yes MATIC and APTOS did experience a decline of almost 50% from their highest price but what I mean here is not a full recovery but a recovery when the price drops due to Bitcoin experiencing a decline.

Why is MATIC on this list?
It's 82% down from two years ago, 50% yoy, and 40% from the best value of 2024.
Usually recovery is when you talk about the highest point being reached again!

Also APTOS is done from $18 in March to 6$ now, more like the fastest crash than recovery!

I think almost all coins are copying Bitcoin's movement whether it is downwards or upwards but when it comes to quick recovery I think Ethereum does it better and other Memecoins as well like Pepe and maybe some of the top coins in the market we have today are doing well too I am just not that sure since I don't observe them but I can see some of them followed where Bitcoin is heading.

Coins with the fastest recovery doesn't mean you should invest in it and it will be a good decision. There could be a reason why it recovers quickly like whales manipulate the market until it stabilized. About MATIC, it did recover but it also resulted to some people no longer using matic like someone I know and just stop trading and decided to give his Matic balance and focus on other coins that they can invest. I also agree that you should make your point clearer as I have explained that someone I know doesn't use matic anymore due to the decline.

You are very much observant though. I was also noting the same too because as at this evening when I checked the market, I noticed some of the coin you have listed already are doing very well. The likes of NOT, TON, SOL and ETH are very much up and are at work this time around.

Did you mean to say that when the price of bitcoin goes down, the price of this Altcoins go down too, And when the price of bitcoin goes up, they price of the Altcoins go up too? Well, I guess that is what you meant, and that has been the general situation of the cryptocurrency market for a long time now, and the reason for this (I would say) lie In the dominance level of bitcoin, with the dominance of over 50 percent, it's expected that Bitcoin should have a major influence in the prices of other cryptocurrencies for as long as it will take before bitcoin loses or distribute some of those numbers to other Altcoins.

If bitcoin can get a dominance of 20 to 25 percent, it will likely lose its influence on the market, but I guess this will be difficult to happen.

Why list coins that haven't even completely recovered?

If you want coins that have indeed done so, go to https://coinmarketcap.com/
select customize and pic on the price chart either 90 days or yoy% and check the oldest coins
You will see that on 90 days since the post ATH decline the ones leading and gaining are Tron Eth and Ton, not Matic or Mantle

Besides, the whole thing is temporary, things change so a few weeks after you say something about a coin it might prove totally false as it crashes or others skyrocket.

There is no way altcoins wouldn't make a move when Bitcoin moves. Whether it's in upward or downward, altcoins must obay the clarion call of Bitcoin. What I understand by altcoin season is that, there is always a signal and by this is when there is a change in dominance between Bitcoin and altcoins, often Bitcoin do reduces and altcoins increase and that's when altcoins make move for there money and Bitcoin remain stable in consolidation for weeks or months before it finally start another trend or continue from there.

Solana, Eth, and TON, in my opinion, these projects have good potential in this bull season although these projects have strong ecosystem. Institutions are filing the Spot ETF for Solana, Institutions are filing the Spot ETF for Ethereum and besides this TON is trending nowadays as we know that a lot of users come to know about these through the trends of new Tap earning treads of Telegram Bot.

I agree with you but to some extent because Sol is not performing well in compared to Ton, and if compared to total number of tx TON has exceeded the ETH as well. The ecosystem of TON has become so big, and Sol is not doing good at the current moment. I prefer ETH and Ton has good potential not in the upcoming alt season but in the long run as well.

For Example, a successful Project launched on the TON blockchain is NOT coin and many other projects are on the way and these projects also have big strong communities one of them is Hamster Kombat which also has a big community on their telegram channel of 50M so when this massive amount of people will come to the TON blockchain then from this, you can have an idea how much TON can perform in the coming time. There are hell lot of bots in the market based on TON, you will be amazed to hear that citizen is the biggest bot that has made people buy TON in bigger amount, and according to my knowledge people at average invested $170 in TON just because of citizen bot. Source And besides this, TON's TVL has increased to the point that its lies at top 10th position.

Is there season like Altcoin season? Because I have not actually witnessed any or maybe perhaps I might have seen but did not realized that it was an altcoin season, however the only season I have believed in is the bull season were every other altcoin follows the uptrend of Bitcoin, so I don't actually think there is a season were altcoin moves on there own without depending on the price movement of Bitcoin, so for me I believe that with or without any season altcoin will always depend on Bitcoin.
