Many of us are eagerly waiting for Bitcoin to hit $100k. Are you planning to sell after Bitcoin hits $100k? Or are you planning to make your investment last longer?

I don't know whether Bitcoin will reach that place or not, considering the recent Bitcoin movements. But if Bitcoin reaches that target, then I will prefer to sell some part of my holdings. We invest only to earn money so that we can use that money to buy basic things and enjoy them. If any person still uses "hodl" after reaching that target, then I would call them a little bit stupid because holding onto something you can spend is not actually beneficial. This is my view, and I know every person has their own point of view, and I respect their decisions.

A new investor always gets panicked by the ups and downs of the market, which affects their holdings very negatively, so one must always keep his emotions under control, never get upset by the ups and downs of the market, because the market is never in one place. It does not stop, it fluctuates all the time. If the value of Bitcoin falls now, it will surely rise later, an investor can make long-term holdings by always having faith in this fact.

Correct. Regardless of the market's price trend, regular buying mentality should be kept which increases the growth of Bitcoin. Consistently, when you have a decent holding, your financial strength will increase and you should increase your purchases in bearish times and take care of your holdings through patience in bullish times.

Everyone have there Bitcoin investment goals which I can't not question but I know for sure that Bitcoin investment is a long-term stuff so anyone  thats not in line with that should be regarded as a short-term investor, yea we have all been waiting for the the new ATH which is 100k and above but the question is how prepared are we, I think we should be more bothered about how much Bitcoin we have accumulated so far, I don't think this question is for me because am stil in my accumulation process so for now I don't have anything to do with selling even though Bitcoin rise above 100k, as bitcoiners, I think we should have known by now that Bitcoin price will not stop at 100k so why will I bother when my plans is for the future, I don't know how long other people have been hodling their Bitcoin as for me I still have time to accumulate until I reach my level of satisfaction and hodl for a long-term I don't see selling to get a little of my profit as an option for me.

Yes you are right everyone wants profits not losses, now I start separating between coins that are intended for the next four years, I only have a little TOncoin and Ethereum.

But if you have ETH leave it in Hodl mode since when bitcoin goes up in price ETH will have a big turn upwards, I think it can give much more than btc itself, if btc goes up x 2 or x3 ETH can do the same movement, even a little more, even so when it comes to ETH I see things favorable, for me it is the alt that I trust the most, because I personally have always put BTC first, but clearly if they gave me a choice for an alt it would be ETH and another would be Monero because of what that alt represents privacy and anonymity.

Yes, that's what I mean if Bitcoin can provide 10% profit then Ethereum can provide more than the profit obtained from Bitcoin with the same capital.
When you mentioned the name Monero I immediately checked on the Binance and bybit exchanges but Monero is not on both of them only available in futures not in spot trading, maybe XMR is pretty good but I'm still not interested, I'm more interested in TON.

If one wants to invest in Bitcoin, it is definitely best to invest for the long term.  But if you don't have enough accumulated money then of course you can invest it slowly and gradually every week.  But this investment must be converted into DCA method that the investment continues to be invested on a weekly basis for a long period of time.  As I have been investing bitcoins every week for two years now my portfolio is getting bigger and I have enough bitcoins.  So only long term investment is possible to get success but following DCA method can be most beneficial.

that's right, in investing in crypto you have to know when to buy and when to sell. because it's not easy for us to do that if we don't have experience and always monitor the market. especially if we decide to trade and hold the medium term we must always monitor the market and be able to predict the price correctly. while for those who prefer to hold the long term it is easier to monitor it does not have to be every day.
