Those who lose in crypto, are those who sell below their invested price. As far as you are hodling, some profits await you in the future.

Sorry, but that's horrible advice. Thousands of crypto projects died and amount of passing time will bring profit to their holders.
And people shouldn't be holding worthless coins that have no reliable indicators of increasing their value in the future just because they bought them above the current value.
The price you paid has no impact on the future price.
If you paid $10,000 for XYZ coins, that are now worth $8,000, you should ask yourself a question: "If I never bought those coins and had $8,000 in cash, would I buy them now?". If the answer is No - abandon your position and get out of that investment.

We have to understand these two logics of holding and selling well. Because many times, good profits can be made in many markets and many currencies. But for that, we have to understand the market well, whether it is better to hold or to sell. We saw in 2022 or 2023 that Bitcoin was at 17,000-18,000k. At that time, our big brothers invested in it for the long term, and they are now successful.
Okay, I somewhat understand what you mean, but the problem is that Bitcoin's price is now vastly different. In the past, its price was around 20k dollars, but now it has exceeded 80k dollars. This makes it a bit difficult for Bitcoin's price to keep rising, especially since almost every country now holds a large amount of Bitcoin. Bitcoin's price will continue to rise as long as its holders do not sell it. However, if a country like the United States sells all the Bitcoin they own, there is a possibility that 100k dollars will be the highest price Bitcoin will ever reach.
I think if a big country like the US sells their bitcoins it will cause the price of bitcoin to drop, but of course when the price drops there will be investors or other bear companies who will buy it.
Bitcoin is a coin that will get more expensive in the future, so the possibility of it going back up to $100K is possible even if the US sells all its bitcoins.
Yes, you are right, but if America sells its Bitcoin holdings, it will create bad news and certainly reduce many people's confidence in Bitcoin. This is because the United States has a significant influence on the growth of crypto. For example, Solana—if Donald Trump had not acquired Solana as part of one of America’s reserve funds, its price might have been around $100. However, due to the news that Donald Trump acquired Solana, its price strengthened and is now able to stay above $100.

US president Donald Trump have promised Yesterday never have ideas for selling their bitcoin assets after meeting with any cryptocurrency influence, but its can't guarantee with US president promising keep holding their bitcoin assets. Actually not first time any government sell their bitcoin assets holding because Germany's government have did it before after selling all bitcoin assets have huge impact bitcoin going down but easily recovery back to higher price.
Indeed how many bitcoin hold by US government, I believe bitcoin keep going up although have few moment correction due many investor keep believing their investment in bitcoin.

Sure, there will be negative impact on the market if US sells their Bitcoin. However, I think the chance isn't that high because US doesn't want to lose their domination in crypto. If US sells their Bitcoin, China will lead the domination in crypto. Also, Trump has just ordered to have crypto reserves. One of the crypto reserves is Bitcoin. It doesn't make sense if US will sell their Bitcoin in the near future. What they probably will do is to add more their Bitcoin quantity. Anyway, it is true that the issues made by Trump has a significant impact in the market nowadays.

It may be too risky to sell it because they have just set bitcoin as a strategic reserve for them. Agree that it would be difficult to know that they will sell bitcoin for an unclear purpose. They will sell it after the possibility of doing it is not open. Other options are not found, and then they will be forced to sell it. Maybe that is the option that must be done even though it is very unlikely to happen without an urgent need

Or it will be as profitable as to do it now, without other questions.

Which means it isn't the time yet ;)

To sell it they must have many considerations, because in reality bitcoin is a very valuable asset and is getting more expensive every day. so in my opinion this is suitable as a strategic reserve fund. But we must know that in determining the policy the president must discuss with parliament, so it is not that easy to buy and sell bitcoin if it has been decided to be a reserve fund

Do you know Murad's portfolio?

Murad's portfolio went from 80M to 10M and has now dropped again to 9M. This happened because Bitcoin has been continuously declining. It seems that Bitcoin's drop over the past two days was due to a tweet from Donald Trump's account. Looking at Bitcoin's trend, I think it will continue to decline because it has already fallen below its lowest price twice.

Our problem is that we celebrate government over little things, we really think US wouldn't sell their Bitcoin and that's funny. In my opinion, they will sell but the time is not now. They will wait longer and hold and when it's time to sell and there is the need to sell, they will do and there is nobody that is going to question there reasons for selling, everyone has reasons for holding.

It shouldn't be something of debate, even Microstrategy and some institutional investors we are all hailing now that are holding billions worth of Bitcoin aren't ready yet, by the time they are ready to sell their Bitcoin, they wouldn't announce it but you will be seeing Bitcoin been deposited to coinbase exchange for sell.

There is no debate here, we are simply discussing and exchanging thoughts.

Yes, that is true. There will never be an official announcement from those who hold a large amount of Bitcoin when they plan to sell. If they announce their intention to sell, many people would definitely sell their Bitcoin first before they do.

It is true. US government won't sell their Bitcoin reserve if it doesn't bring huge profits. And I'm sure US government will keep the Bitcoin for the long term target. It may be for 5-10 years at least. They won't sell their Bitcoin after they hold in few weeks or few months only. They actually miss the chance for bigger profits if they sell now, Bitcoin price is dropping now. You're right, it won't be easy to decide selling Bitcoin of US government.

I am not saying that the United States will sell their Bitcoin anytime soon. No one knows when the United States will sell their Bitcoin no country will sell their Bitcoin unless there is no other choice but to sell it.

Of course, none of the regular users know the plans of regulators on this matter, but thanks to sites such as Arkham, it is possible to track the movement of confiscated BTC and other cryptocurrencies currently owned by the US government.
I thought there were rumors that the US would use the confiscated BTCs as a reserve with a long-term holding strategy, meaning they are unlikely to ever sell BTCs from the reserve.

I agree with that too.
It would be foolish to sell off such an amount of BTC.

the US government is likely to hold bitcoin for the long term, because as a reserve fund they want greater profits. Bitcoin also maintains the value of our assets so that they are protected from inflation. The US government will decide to sell by discussing between officials in their government, it may be true by discussing in parliament for a large amount of money.
