I think I'm a little too late to ask the question. Last month I received a business mail offer from obtainhigh that they are interested in my campaign management service. But after entering their website and knowing a little details about their service, I felt that it is not legal everywhere in the world as like our cryptocurrency, even then I could interested in selling my service to them but it provides drug-related services, so I left back their offer. Now I want to know if their service is legal or against the rules of our forum.

I'm not sure if advertising of that kind of service is allowed here or not but from ethical point of view one should try to avoid advertising such services.

They're selling illegal drugs and promoting a service like that should be avoided even if they're willing to pay $3000 per month t a campaign manager.

I don't know anything about that service, but if you say they are into anything illegal, then it would be unacceptable in the forum, there is no way the forum will knowingly allow a service that sells illegal product to advertise here, that is putting the entire forum at risk. Illegal stuff such as that is marketed in the dark web and not here.

Promoting the product in the forum or other platforms is tricky because it could be illegal in your area but legal in another country. I think the admin would also say you should err on the side of caution. You never really know who might see the advertisement and you could in trouble for that.

What type of drugs, if it illicit drugs, this are countra band and should be avoided unless you want to run into troubles along the line, most services may not be openly prohibited, but then our moral abiligation to our society will definitely not allow us to engage in such a service regardless of how much they have to offer.

Some of those companies thinks that everything crypto is associated with dark world which allows anything in there space, well this is a forum that is law abiding and for sure engaging is any illegal deals is not part of the ethics of the forum, and members always stay away from such a service.

There's no mentioned rule about it on the forum rules, so i could think its allowed here. There are lot of misconception of using cannabis, some consider it as medication some for recreation, anything that is too much is abusing and not good. Only shitty government bans it who does not know how to regulate it.
Its better to invite admin and other mods here directly to ask if this is allowed here.

Yeah, in addition i had to write detailed explanation why their thread contain false information before moderator decide to delete it[1-2]. Some member also suspect this member use AI to write the thread.

If we assume that you are allowed to advertise the service, there will be few reports to Cloudflare and the domain will be closed, so either the dark web services will exist or they will not continue for a long time.

Although as already said in this thread, in the forum rules there is nothing for or against this type of projects, the truth is that each user has their own idea about the morality that cannabis-related products entail. The legislation on this type of products is different in each country, and personally I believe that there is no problem because the project has a presence in the forum, beyond the personal opinions of each user.

That being said, once again, the final decision lies with the administrator as the owner of the forum.

Some states in the US, Like California, made this shit legal, and based on that they are not selling anything illegal.
Problem can happen with their international shipping, different countries have different laws and they can confiscate package and make trouble for buyer.

I checked the site and like the op said, the business is about drugs, weed and all manner of high concentrated drug drinks, this is something that is illegal to ship around in some countries, like here in Nigeria, if I should buy any of those stuff and have it shipped to me here, the item will definitely get seized by custom authorities, and they are sure going to get me arrested and possibly jailed as a drug dealer.

These are the kind of products that are advertised on darknet forums... I have personally seen them myself.

It is not a good idea for clearnet forums to advertise them, because when such services inevitably get taken down by law enforcement, the Google search links going back to said forum could land them in serious trouble.That's why it's not recommended.
