Can someone else try on a fresh browser, somewhere where there is no jokermix in the cache, what is the loading speed of the page? Is it only me that the loading takes longer than it should?
It seems to me that /img/background.png is a bit bigger and that it slows down the loading of pages.

On our side the site loads quite quickly yes it is the background image that can cause a small slowdown.
If we reduce the image we lose the quality of the background image :-(.
We will try to correct this.

If we reduce the image we lose the quality of the background image :-(.

Try to use the standard size that other websites also use. I guess the image is too large, which may cause the loading issue. But it's not a big deal. If you can reduce the site, that would be best. I don't see anything too fancy or any well-detailed paint art that could lose the quality (just kidding). I don't have a good internet connection. Even though I visited your website before, still when I accessed the website, it looks like this;

We recently had a situation like this with another mixer and they somehow solved it.

Nice work for informing the community about the development. This would save many tensions among users. Because if there was no information from you and the site was just malfunctioning then people would have been panicking. Keep up the good work and we are waiting for the good news of the smooth running of the mixer.

We wanted to warn the community, we learned the news yesterday when we browsed our site a red Metamask warning window appeared 😐 We have Metamask installed on our browser so we opened a ticket to have the site whitelisted again:

For maintenance: We are still trying to fix the problem and for now we wanted to make sure that it will not happen again and are trying to add a small modification on the addresses but it is proving to be a difficult task and we have not managed it yet 🙄.

You have the right to determine the price of your service yourself, that is indisputable. I just wanted to say that your previous explanation of why you are doing this is completely unfounded.
Your earnings are in Bitcoin, and you also pay your expenses in BTC, for this reason, the price of BTC alone does not have too much influence on your business. It's not like you paid for hosting 10 years ago when BTC was $12k, so now it seems too expensive.

The way the bitcoin blockchain is designed, each new input and output is basically a new transaction.
Your mixer is using hundreds of inputs and outputs in every mix, which is literally a waste of money in fees.

Maybe just a few dozens would work better for everyone

There is really no need to use 250 inputs and 300 outputs to mix so few coins as I sent.

It would be much better if there was a separate transaction. I would prefer to receive totally uncorrelated coins from 2-5 different addresses at most. You would also save in fees, because each UTXO costs like one transaction (and you are using about 450 utxo)

Yes, we are already informed, we have contacted to resolve the issue and remove these fake alerts.
We received an email with the details that we were a phishing page as a fake service.

How could an idiot report a fake service without even checking the forum? Hmm, also the site has been offline since November 28th.

Additionally, no one has used the service since we have been under maintenance since October, and we are the only ones who have done tests on the site ourselves.

In the meantime, we are suspending our services while we resolve these issues with a maintenance that takes time because we are still solving the previous issue and since we are very busy in our daily lives, we prefer to take the site offline and we will inform you when all this is resolved.

Sad to hear this.
I see that there is now a warning on the domain from Cloudflare.

Since the service is currently stopped, and you say that it has not been used very much lately, perhaps a simpler solution would be to register and transfer to a new domain. The current .to is not the most attractive, you shouldn't be too sorry for it, and you haven't established a brand name yet, so switching to a new domain shouldn't bring any painful changes.
Maybe even changing the hosting service would not be a bad idea.
