2. The user used to have to open an external window, now they simply copy the text, which is much better.
3. For incorrect addresses, we have added a small message window to indicate that the address is incorrect.
4. We have also added real-time session expiration, allowing the user to know when the session will be deleted.
5. We have added more details to the warranty letter, such as adding the session ID and the jokermix address.
6. We have also fixed the address issue.
7. We have slightly enlarged the fields on the home page as well as the session for better visibility.

We are trying to correct the other problems little by little. We recommend that you do not use the site at this time and will notify you when we are finished.

When I opened the JokerMix.to website for the first time, I felt that I was entering a gambling site and not a mixing site. I do not know whether this design was intentional or just a random choice?

In any case, the first note is that the site gives a warning message that “the site is under maintenance, please do not send anything.” However, the site was not disabled. I put a Bitcoin address for the test and clicked “Continue” and went to the sending page. This is an error that could lead to the loss of the user’s funds. In my opinion, the Bitcoin address field should be disabled in cases of maintenance.





At this time, since the site is under maintenance, I tried some things. For example, I put the Ethereum address in the Bitcoin field and it gave me the message “The address is invalid.” The same thing I tried the Litecoin address and it gave me the same message.



After that I selected Dash and then put the Bitcoin address in the Dash field and it gave me an error message. This is a very good thing to prevent users from sending to wrong addresses.



I also created a random session and copied the ID, then destroyed the session and tried pasting the ID to try to restore it, but it gave me an error in the ID number. This is also good for ensuring the user that his session is actually destroyed and no data is saved.

How are you verifying (and creating) the PGP signature?

jokermix still need to work on improving the mixing method. One destination address, no time delay, and no dividing mixed coins provides weak mixing.

Blockchain analysis services can track any deposit, deduct the service & transaction fee from it, and will link between any addresses.

If I sent 0.004 Bitcoin, the blockchain analysis services will search for any transaction between 0.00392 and 0.00368 and will find the link between the transactions if you batch mixed transaction.

Good that you added this warning on website and I see you also added high risk warning for DASH coin.
My suggestion is that you should create second round of testing review after you finish fixing bugs and correcting reported issues.

This is a good suggestion. Funny enough, I did miss this review. I am just seeing it today which is the last day of the review. It will be fine if you can launch the second phase to ensure everything is damn cool.

It would be a smart move if you could make a summary, and give answers to some of the suggestions you received. It would help campaign participants to see in which direction your service is going.
Maybe you can present such a summary in your ANN thread, that's a pretty good place to discuss your mixer.

Review on JokerMix.to

The joker mixers website is quite a good and user friendly interface. The design is very much unique and different from the few ones I have used in the past which makes it more interesting and attractive  to use. I used google chrome to access the website.

I noticed that the mixer activities is under maintenance with caution not to put anything for the time being otherwise you face the risk of losing your coin. Since I could not try that function, I took my time to read through the website to see if there are any typos or structurally related errors which I saw some and they are a letter/word structure errors ;



Looking at the above attachment, is a screenshot from the joker mixer website.
The first screenshot shows the word  "The right to personal privacy is precious." If you look very well you will notice that there is a break in the word personal which the letter starts from the second line and same thing with precious with a starting from the fourth line.

The second screenshot is showing the word "Why should I use JokerMix?" Looking at the sentence, you will also notice the the word joker is broken which is not surposed to be . The is a global platform and should be properly done with a touch of excellence and void of errors such as this.

Possible solution.
The centralised type setting format should be used for the typesetting or possibly reduce the size of the letters so they could be in a good position to reflect on the page very well. The joker should be allowed to be in one word together there are enough space there to accommodate each word so why breaking the words and letters. Such errors doesn't fit well for such global platform which could attract traffic in millions in the nearest future.

Further findings shows that the mixer website has no live customer care service but just help centre which is hidden for no reasons. The help centre is just a normal FAQ but it would be nice a live support or customer service is included and should be at the top or bottom for easy access by prospective clients who have issues or would want to make further inquiries about the mixer.

At the bottom page where we have email, telegram, mirror and onionv3 are just click copy function. I was thinking I would direct me to my telegram where I can be able to start conversations quickly. Those features should be able to perform the functions  it is meant for by directing every click to the right place rather than a copy paste function.

The language features should have more languages included as I see there because this is a global platform and should have such features for other non speaking English nationals to be able to access the website for their own usage.

Looking at the minimum amount or volume of coin to be mixed, I think it is too high. The team should look into it and make it minimal for all to use likewise the fee too. This platform would soon make waves and it would be nice the minimum mixing volume/amount should be the type that would grant the middle or least access to your services.

This is just the review I could make out of it till the full mixing function is restored. Once functional for mixing again I will update my review post to suit my findings after using the mixing service.

Good to hear that you got the refund.
I appreciate the time you spent however there were nothing significant to pay for the post you made that's why you and some of other posts were not considered to be paid. I hope you understood the terms of this campaign.
