Great news indeed most especially for SafePal users and this banking partnership can be a big boost for its business as this can be attracting more people to its side. I am actually also a user of SafePal though admittedly not as huge as with TrustWallet. Now, am thinking, when can we expect for TrustWallet to make the same move as that can be lovely and really good. At any rate, I am hoping that this banking service by SafePal will soon be avaialble worldwide and not be limited to some geaographic locations. I am also hoping that this partnership will last for years and not be killed by problems along the way.

Also, I don't think I'd want to access this from a hardware wallet, or even from the same app that a device is also using for the hardware wallet, but from a separate device, for security reasons.

Maybe you missed it, but I wrote something about it in the previous post. As far as it seems to me, it is more or less standard KYC that requires a personal document and, if I understood correctly, a video call that will additionally verify the user and confirm his location.

Good news for the crypto community, the SafePal wallet was one of my favorite wallets. It has many important features and is widely used here in my country to bypass the Binance ban, as Binance is banned and the ban can be bypassed through the Binance service integrated with the wallet.

In any case, I do not expect this new service to be available in my country, as KYC will most likely be imposed on users who wish to use the new service, and this is something I try to stay away from as much as possible, but it remains good news in any case.

If you have already done a lot of KYC, then one more or less means nothing when it comes to privacy. I stick to using BTC directly for payment, sell it for cash or, as a third option, look for virtual cards that can be added to Google/Apple Pay, and can be bought for BTC - all of course without KYC.

I am not saying that we could make it work, I am just saying that it wouldn't be all that complicated to handle. In the end, we are talking about something that will be basically risky, and not really worth it. I have used them before,e and its not comfortable and the charges are always way to high. I rather cash out whatever I should, that's easier. I just use my normal credit card from the bank everywhere I go, and my "crypto" way is that, when at the end of the month, I know my credit card bill, I cash out that much, and pay it. Simple as that. This why its still "crypto" to me, I pay it all with crypto, but the shops and places that I spend, gets it in fiat.

what you say makes sense, I also do what you do but we, if you want, are advanced users and not everyone is capable of doing it

I remember years ago using XAPO and I loved that paper, I didn't use it "often" but when I found myself in an emergency I was able to do it and it saved the day
