Are BASE memecoins only second to SOLANA meme coins?

I have to say the BASE ecosystem has a good amount of interesting tokens but their memecoins are way more interesting to me. There was a note worthy one that was launched a while back named NPC which most people should have heard of and now I just learned of a new token named MIGGLES on the base chain that's supposedly taking liquidity from Ethereum and Solana meme tokens.

The attention the token has been gaining is what's surprising plus and there is some talk that it could potentially become the top cat meme token on Base and me knowing that meme coins depend on hype is thinking of hopping on the bandwagon before the hype dies down lol.

I'd appreciate some advice from people who know about this token or anyone very experienced in how memecoins work. Is this a good investment?

I have invested in several BASE memecoins and I have profited like Degen. I don’t know if there would be a complete comparison because there is no direct parameter between the two. It’s always going to be the community, which decides the price if they keep buying or something.

Yes, in recent times Base has been a network that has given birth to many meme tokens with very good prices. Notably, many of the meme tokens held an airdrop and many made quite a profit.

Degen was the one that caught my attention at the time. I also got several other coins for free and they were good enough to buy me something. But now it seems like it's sinking again and I haven't seen a meme coin that has huge potential like before.

There is usually no surreal way to know or tell if a particular memecoin will be a good investment until it succeeds and become a good investment indeed, this is why investing in them is very risky, way more riskier than investing in other cryptocurrencies with utility.

Investing in memecoins is like playing gambling games, you usually don't know which game you will win or lose the biggest from, you just play and hope luck will smile on you, that's exactly how investing in memecoins is, you can not tell straight away which will go mainstream and you can't tell which will soon go to the grave, memecoins investors simply buy into the ones that appear more promising, same you a gambler will choose to play a game they think they will win good from.

And then we usually hear the successful ones when their memecoins will already get some value in different exchanges...at the same time those who don't make it will just be forgotten and be buried as there will be new ones sprouting out like mushrooms in the field. Now, lucky are those whose supported memecoin projects are making it to the top as their community got exponentially big and strong. I have not invested with any memecoin except maybe two years ago and I failed at that miserably as the project I invested on just evaporated into thin air. Anyway, for sure there will be rewards and risks and one has to have this in mind when getting into anything here in the cryptocurrency market most especially in memecoins.

I think for meme coins no one can predict it, usually if they make a profit they will publish their profit, if they lose they will definitely bury it in their memories with the meme,
all by chance, I think, not because of memes from Base or Solona
