So i've thought let's collect the community thoughts on the Matic as in my view polygon and ARB are the only perfectly developed L2 ecosystems, I'm expecting Matic to set a new ATH but I'm a little confused with my speculation because the L2's are not performing well these days even the ETH itself is under pressure, always to set an optimistic range for new ATH is to have a general comments from the entire community.

If possible give a price range in which you think Matic can stand.

The Layer-2 trend is still very hot and ecosystems such Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base are continuing to grow strongly. Unfortunately, Polygon is no longer as prominent in the Layer-2 trend as it was before. It is now being referred to as a Layer-1 with its own separate ecosystem, no longer dependent on Ethereum. Therefore, the MATIC price has been in an accumulation zone for the past two years instead of seeing an impressive recovery like many other tokens.

Using technical analysis, I expect MATIC to reach $12 in this bullrun. However, this is not investment advice, MATIC holders should monitor market developments, especially signals on BTC price chart, to make the most accurate and timely decisions.

I think for the 1$ target there's no need for the optimistic approach, for sure 1$ is not a big deal for the matic, what kind of pricing policies are you talking about let us know, please. TBH Mtic has a lot more potential in it, I'm still expecting a straight 10x from here.

I used to really hope that Polygon (Matic) could really provide a good price increase and significant ecosystem development. But it seems that my expectations were too much. Polygon has already crashed 66% since the March bull run and it's down 84% on its ATH.
When you're the 5th worst performer out of the top 50 coins on a YoY period it's clear that plating the same cards won't get you anywhere.

many cases in the crypto scene showed that they usually bounce back after a few months of dips for some this can be very demotivating and can make them lose some hope for the coin but with matic despite the low marketcaps it has a lot of active transactions so all hope is not lost yet

Recovery is usually linked to reasons and these reasons are not available in MATIC currently, so recovery will be difficult or linked to the market rise when the price of Bitcoin rises. Then if the price of matic doubles twice and the price of Bitcoin triples, then the growth of the project will be in red despite the rise.

It seems there is no movement behind it, Eth did also crash and it did way worse than bitcoin, but if you look at Matic and play with all 7/30 days periods things are way worse than the market average, it's even worse if you spread it to a YoY chart.
Although I don't believe in a crash happening I look at it more like a gamble now, it can for sure pay off but it can also earn you nothing.

These are not the only indicators, some investment funds have started to get rid of their Matic holdings, and I thought they would do so if Ethereum fees were low or there was not enough momentum for layer 2 projects, but this has not happened yet.

Hmm, that's the reason, and after learning maximum patterns of weak hands still, I'm not gonna give as a weak hand on my Matic holding, actually, I'm not worried about the recovery my serious concern is the new ATH, as Initially with the start of the cycle I was super bullish with Matic for a new ATH and after experiencing the pressure seem's like it needs a development boost.
