Tradition and culture difference, and then personal differences.
If children should be exposed to bitcoin? Well on personal difference bases (that's parenting) I think it is not a bad idea to do that.
Nationality bases, children are educated about money in schools directly or indirectly at lower level, even at home..in my country they are taught home economics,(I think business studies also) at nursery/primary
Talking to children about how money works has never been a bad thing. They get the informations as children nothing more and it should be given to them as children.
Concerning bitcoin or digital money the same thing wouldn't be a problem. Give it to them as children and they likewise get it as children.
This might help them alot in that wise. Not to forget, not all adults knows it to talk of teaching their kids... As for schools, it can be designed level by level to the point that they might be able to get reasonable amounts of basic knowledge of bitcoin. From knowing what it is in the first place (e.g digital money) to knowing some little concept and then to the main thing by 18+. The build up will make sense and wouldn't stress them even..
