Exposing children to Bitcoin doesn't seem wrong to me, rather its a means of giving them wider knowledge on what's going on in this digital world and probably a way of raising funds too.
Most times, it takes the interest of the children to either show concern or to look down on it because probably not all who are educated about it would seem to have interest in it as we see that not all that know about Bitcoin tend to show interest of trading, investing or any other form in it.

Yep. Each parents may have different assumption about the proper age for introducing their kids about crypto. I myself, will introduce crypto/Bitcoin to my kids when they have passed Junior high school at least. However, I will analyze their intelligence firstly, also their mentality as well. For me, it is not all about the age but it is also about their insight and mentality. If they are likely not ready to know crypto/Bitcoin, we don't need to force them.

Very young children should not be educated about Bitcoin but as you said 12 years old then children can be educated in Bitcoin education here again I would say 12 years old children should be 16 to 18 years old to learn about Bitcoin. When a child is 16 to 18 years old, it will be much easier for him to learn about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is not easy to learn it's a very risky system so it's best not to teach young children about this risky system.
