I have seen green and back to dip and green again and back to dip. So I don't just bother anymore to check my portfolio. But I believe this is long term shaking off of weak hands till US election is over.

This is the accurate time of shaking weak hands off the market. Looking at the duration till after the elections is what I actually do not think can be possible. Maybe there might be a bounce back along the line or before the election. It is normal that during elections or few weeks before elections, the Crypto market begins to turn bearish causing a deep blood bath across all boards and only the strong hands could withstand the market situation at the moment.

We have to wait until the end of the month as the monthly closing candle will determine the color. Bitcoin's strong rebound from $50k levels means that there is still a good chance that we will see +$65k before the end of this month and therefore the closing candle may not be completely red or at least slightly lower.

The current market is reacting sensitively to the release of U.S. economic data and Market makers always do a shake-out before a big run to the upside. Also August has historically been a great month to accumulate value at a discount. The lower we go the more risk.

While the month STARTED badly, it doesn't mean that it will continue badly, we may have a better month by the end of it, we have no idea what will happen so we should be just looking out, it could end very well. I am just guessing that it will not be this bad for all this month, eventually it will probably have a great month and we could do fine, I just think that we should not consider this as the end of the month and August will be like this all month long. I cant say the price will shoot up again before the month ends because it looks like the over all market will be affected negatively by the chaos happening around the world like threats of war.

I remember how last year at August the price was red too, but it made a turnaround in the months after that. So it's nothing to stress over.

Thanks for the reminder, but yeah, August last year was really bad, and with that I guess it's going to reflect it this year again. However, I was stressed last year and that same for this year,  .

In any case, I will just try to ride and pass this month, so many things really happened for me during this month, I don't know about this month that I always felt very bad as it there's some kind of negative energy for me and then it will start to somewhat settled down start of November.

If we analyze the Bitcoin performance in August and September, there is small chance to have green market. In the previous years, we mostly experienced red market in these months. So, it is not surprising if we have red market in August-September 2024.

Actually, I've no problem if the market always repeat the same way. We can take advantages from the dump and pump. Just buy at the dip and sell immediately when it is pumped. Repeat it again until we assume the market will grow constantly. I also think the market may start growing constantly in October-December. Yes, it is related to US election and the time period of MT Gox distribution of the repayment for their creditors.

Yes it would be better to sell those coins to buy bitcoin instead. Bitcoin is less volatile than the shit coins. The shit coins can give you higher ROI but their fall would be of higher negative ROI. You can even prefer to DCA while buying bitcoin but make sure you do not leave those altcoins but sell them. Also do not buy any coin when the price is high already.

There is no guarantee that the prizes we get from the airdrop will increase, we must remain aware that the movement of altcoin prices also depends on the condition of cryptocurrency prices on the exchange. The US elections usually have a strong influence on the Crypto market and I think not only that, the stock market also inclusive. At first the panic to sell off for who might likely win and second sell off for who already won as a result of his or her acceptance of Crypto and the possibility of implementing a policy not Crypto friendly to Crypto enthusiast in the country.

This is my simple analysis for the current market situation.
If you noticed this after Trump made his speech for the just concluded Crypto gathering the price of Bitcoin pumped to $70k for some days it was up and after that it began to drop drastically to the point it declined to a $48k. Now this is my simple take,  I was looking at it this way that the price tested it's potentials of getting to an all time high and it bounced back for correction. While the dip lasts, investors are gradually taking their position and from the looks, it is evidently clear that Trump would win the forth coming US Presidential election and I see the Bitcoin price possibly responding to the possibilities and taking it's time to gather a very strong momentum  for a new all time high.

Possibly, we might be heading to a new all time high after the US general elections come November and that might likely happen before the election depending on the turn out of events if Trump takes the lead and if that happens, the Crypto market would bull so strong.
