The Asia Blockchain Summit 2024 ABS2024 will take place from August 6 to 8 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. ABS2024 is hosted in vibrant Taiwan, recently described by Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang as one of the most important places in the world for being the center of the AI and computing revolution.

Following Japan, South Korea, and Hongkong, Taiwan is becoming increasingly prominent in the crypto market thanks to its large-scale experiments in leveraging the power of blockchain and crypto across various sectors. The participation of renowned figures in the crypto market at ABS2024 could significantly help Taiwan attract talent and capital for the crypto market, while also solidifying crypto's importance in the country.

If I were in Taiwan, I would definitely attend to meet these famous individuals and learn about their vision for the crypto market in this bull run and beyond. With ABS2024 currently underway, I'm eagerly awaiting a summary of the key points presented at the event.

This is indeed worth attending had it ben possible for me to do so. At any rate, an event like this really solidifies the significance of the blockchain technology and the emergence of cryptocurrency in the current global economy as well as their roles into the future. Hopefully, this can draw more and more people to be a part of the industry and make their stakes too. As more and more countries are now recognizing the importance of the blockchain and crypto, they would see that adopting them can be of big help to the economy and can bolster the business community in many ways than one.

I don't think anyone will be allowed because if they said 15,000 attendees there will be then there must have been some kind of registration being done before and yeah if I were in Taiwan and could easily go there means if going there won't be expensive for me then I will definitely visit this summit because it will be my very first summit. I am the kind of guy who plans 2 to 3 weeks before going anywhere haha.

I can't make this decision that quickly haha, well, let me tell you if I plan to go I won't be going to see Vitalik specifically haha like you expressed how exciting that will be. I will be more excited to not see Justin Sun haha no offense but yeah I might see it if its streams.

How come a astrologer was an attendee to this conference? I don't know about his background, but is he somewhat into Bitcoin or crypto in general? There is also a Hollywood actor that speaks on the conference. In any case, it just flew under the radar and I haven't heard much of this event after. Good news is that there seems to be a lot of crypto conferences around the world, from Africa to Asia and so this is already a welcoming news to us enthusiast and it just shows that crypto is gaining grounds and will continue to leave it's mark in the next ten years or so.

Anyway, I love seeing such conferences where all these important figures in the world of crypto and blockchain are present, but unfortunately Taiwan is far away and it is difficult to go there.

Personally, I did not hear about the summit at the time and I do not know why the conference did not get the attention it deserved in the media despite the presence of these influential figures, perhaps the reason is the absence of Bitcoin.

Blockchain, web3, AI are terms associated with it do not mean that it is part of cryptocurrencies, although the speakers I mentioned are primarily associated with cryptocurrencies, from CEOs of some platforms to government officials.
If I were there I would be happy to participate but the talk of many would be repetitive and the majority would not benefit from it.

the bitcoin conference in nashville had attention because trump was attending it was there anyone related to politics who attended the conference in asia? even if there was a presidential candidate attending a conference when the election is in a few months time would definitely outweigh other names in other conferences in terms of popularity

Anyway, I love seeing such conferences where all these important figures in the world of crypto and blockchain are present, but unfortunately Taiwan is far away and it is difficult to go there.

i live close to taiwan but time and the travel expenses would be too much so it’s a shame to not have been able to go i just hope that more of these conferences happen in different parts of the world particularly one in my country
